| I really enjoyed the Chelsea Market Tour and learning about the history and ins and outs of the market. The food was delicious. Our tour guide, Kent, was great, knowledgeable and funny. I didn't need the Meat Packing District Tour, the Chelsea Market part was enough on its own. |

| A few years ago, my sister and I took the Greenich Village Food Tour and were totally wowed by it. Since then, we have both sent friends to take the tour. This one just wan't as good. Our guide had a pleasant personality, but his lines seemed "canned" and his focus seemed to be on passing out the food, not filling in quite so many details. He filled his time telling us to walk around the different stores while he set up the next hand out. He told us several times to come back in five years when the area would be really changed.
We liked the chance to go on the roof top hotel observation deck, but would have enjoyed a few more details about the new or established restaurants in the area and, maybe, a peak into a couple of them. When I got home and read your flyer, I realized there were some mighty fascinating restaurants that he told us nothing about.
The guide, additonally, made no mention of the art gallerys which we had been told were in the Chelsea area. After the tour, we wondered where they are.
The food tastings were good and generous. We especially likee the gelati.
An opportunity to view the studios of the food net work would have been a great addtion to the tour! |

| Taking a tour can sometimes be a disaster -- but not in this case! I was visiting NYC with a friend who is a "local" and had set this tour up based on the recommendation of another friend who took it earlier this year. What an incredible experience! I not only got to eat good food, but learned so much about the history of a colorful part of New York. Kurt was a wealth of information, and he truly put his heart and soul into making sure that we had a great time. When I come back to New York I'm definitely going to sign myself up & anyone else that's with me for another tour of a different part of the City! |

| An absolute treat!!! We really enjoyed our tour on Saturday, August 11 @ 12 noon. Our tour guide Bob is well educated on the history of the Chelsea Market and Meatpacking DIstrict. It would have been nice to meet a few of the owners of the various establishments we toured and/or meet someone at the management status. That would have been a nice added touch. I personally would have liked to have spent a little more time in a few key stops., i.e. Buon Italia. Overall we give the tour two thumbs up!!! We are making plans for our next trip to include one of the other culinary walking tours. THANK YOU!!! |

| We have done Foods of New York tours in the past. They are ALL great. This tour, however, was the BEST ever. Kurt, our guide, was funny, knowledgeable and easy going. This was part of my mother's 70th birthday present - she said it was the "time of her life."
Thanks!!
