Great food and interesting history of the market. |

Our group ranged in age from 11 to 50 & we all enjoyed the tour. We liked every one of our stops (food vendors and restaurants) and food. The tea store was our least favorite stop. We would've like to spend a little more time in the meatpacking district, but maybe we saw all that there was to see.
It was a unique part of NY that we wouldn't have otherwise visited or learned about. Our tour guide (Ed) was easy to hear and knowledgeable. |

whether your a local or visiting NYC for the first time, this tour is well worth taking. It takes you to great places that serve wonderful food. It offers a lot of interesting information about the area, which shows you how much it really has to offer. |

Fun tour...the only thing that might enhance it is if the guide could provide more substance, i.e. factoids on history, architecture, local culture, etc.) to fill the "quiet" time while we are eating. There were periods on the tour where the group was just sitting around eating without the input/commentary of the guide. |

I had previously gone on a Greenwich Village tour the year before and loved it so much that I looked forward to the Chelsea area tour and was not disappointed. The tour guide (Curt) was phenonmenal and the food tastings were plentiful and very tasty. We enjoyed the area so much that we returned the following evening to dine at a local restaurant we had passed by on tour and also to buy some goodies from some of the shops in the Chelsea meat packing plant. Would definitely go on this tour again! |

My daughter and I were in NY visiting my son. I highly recommend this tour. It was GREAT! Our tour guide was KURT and what a great personality. A lot of energy, very nice, funny and engaging with every person in the group. |

The tour was great and the tour guide was very funny. Great food along the way, plenty for lunch. Only regret was that we didn't get to take another tour while we were there! |

The tour provided a comfortable way to explore part of the city we had not seen before. The great food, nice walk, historical context , and personal anecdotes were a winning combination. We returned to the Chelsea Market Place several times for the good food at a reasonable price. We look forward to another tour when we return. Our guide, Curt, did a great job, providing lots of information in humorous way. |

Kurt was amazing and I was impressed with how he could remember everyone's name! My husband and I loved this tour and learned a lot fromKurt about Chelsea and the history behind the market.Highly recommend this food tour and when we go back we will try the village tour. |

We participated in both the Greenwich and Chelsea tours, and we loved both of them. The food is wonderful, and the guide Curt Upton was both funny and knowledgable. We were fortunate enough to have him for both tours! Very highly recommended, especially early on in your trip because you can get ideas on where to return to or make reservations. We learned so much and had a great time. |
