| I've been on all three foods of ny tours and they are all wonderful. It's a good way to learn about the different neighborhoods, the history, and culture. I recommend these tours to anyone who is visiting NY, even frequent visitors. |

| I had heard about these food tours through a friend of mine who did 2 while in NY in December. She gave great reviews so my mom, sister and I decided to do the Chelsea Market tour. Darryl, the tour guide, was just fabuluous and did a great job and kept it fun! It is definately on my list for next time. |

| I was with a friend and this was the only activity she really enjoyed of the 4 days we spent in New York. Our guide was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. What more could you ask? All of the food sampled was excellent, and it was interesting to learn the history of the area and to find out what will be happening in the neighborhood. |

| WOW! We would never have tasted and seen the amazing delicasies and history of Chelsea without the expert knowledge and hilarious antidotes of Kurt (our guide). Ask for him when you set up the tour, he made it so much fun...from the huge lobster he held while striking poses for us to the description of the fresh veggies (asparaguy vs asparagus...one is plural). The lobster bisque, choc. milk, scrumptious cookies were all worth the trip. And the walk around the block describing the development of this small industrial area was the perfect end to all that tasting. Give it a whirl. |

| Our guide was Kurt and he did a great job. The tour was entertaining and the time passed too quickly. We enjoyed learning about the market and the area and will be returning there often. |

| This tour was a gem! What a find!!! I'm so glad I took the time to do it. The food was delicious and plenty. But even better than the food was our tour guide, Curt, who was just super friendly, histerically funny and off-the-wall, and made it a point to make sure everyone on the tour was comfortable and happy. The history and fun tidbits about the Chelsea Market and the Meatpacking district were such that I couldn't have learned it any other way. As others have said, I would recommend taking this tour at the beginning of your trip because you WILL want to go back to the Market for some shopping, and to take some advantage of the amazing restaurants that you'll hear about/see along the way. I can't wait to go back to NYC and try another one of the tours!!!! |

| We enjoyed learning about the Chelsea Market history and what it has become today - a thriving & vital marketplace as well as home to highly successful business enterprises. The food samples were excellent! Our tour guide was knowledgeable & entertaining & we enjoyed the comraderie of the group. The Meatpacking district was also very interesting - so ecclectic - with the contrasts of the old with the new. We had hoped for more time walking around this area on the tour & learning more about it - possibly entering into one of the operating meatpacking wherehouses & having a tour, if allowed. |

| We had so much fun and learned so much on this tour!! Our tour guide, Cindy, was entertaining and very knowledgable. We loved every bit of food that we tasted and ended up spending the entire day and night in this really fun area. Considering we had very diverse ages and interests in our group (ages 70 to 38, foodies to folks who eat anything) we all found this to be one of our best experiences in New York. My cousin loved the tasting of Ronneybrook farm milk . . . she said it was so good it almost made her cry!
We took Cindy's recommendation and ate at Macelleria, which was superb. I wish we would have gone back the next night and eaten at Spice Market!! Oh well, next time. |
