I can see people who love to cook will enjoy this tour. It's full of neat stories about famous TV chefs, unique ingredients, the NYC dining scene, and tasty samples. I'm more of a history and architecture buff, so the next time I get to NYC I'll probably try the Greenwich Village tour my wife and son rave about.

Cindy was very well informed of the history of the building and passed this info on to the group. I wish we could hav taken the tour when the meat packing plants were working. Other than that I enjoyed the food tasting at the various places we stopped at. I was surprised to find out how many different establishments were in the market place. My wife and I had a very good time. Thank You.

The tour was great. The time flew by as it was filled with history, great food and good sites. Trivia about the area was interesting and it was never boring. I will reccomend anyone to this tour. I can't wait to try the others. Darryl was a great tour guide......

Very "tasteful" tour

The tour was great. By the end, we had eaten enough for lunch. We also learned quite a bit about the neighbourhod. Tour guide Cindy was excellent. Our only complaint is we didn't really like the salt tasting. The best part was the chowder in The Lobster Place.

I purchased this tour due to wife's love of the Food Network and the Chelsea Market area. I was a little worried it may be drab and boring. I was pleasantly surprised. Our guide was enthusiastic, informative, and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
