My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Chelsea Market and the meatpacking district. It was a great tour with good food along the way. The tour gave us history of the area, along with excellent insight into Chelsea Market and area restaurants. The tour guide absolutely made the tour. He was funny, knowledgable, personable, and willing to accomodate everyone to make the tour extra special. We are highly recommending this tour to our friends and family, and hope others consider it, too. No hesitation in recommending this as A+. |

Just to say we came over from London & did the Meat Packing food tasting tour with guide Sam. It was a fun tour very informative & Sam obviously enjoys his guiding he related to us all personally & spent just the right amount of time in each place. I think these tours are definitely made better by the enthusiasm of the guide and would thoroughly recommend it to all ages. I was there with my daughter who just turned 21 & she enjoyed it as much as I did. |

What an amazing tour this was! I thought it would be fun, but instead it was phenomenal! Our tour guide, Sam, was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and very personable. He memorized everyone's name at the start of the tour and called everyone by name for the next three hours. The Chelsea Market food shops were incredible and the choice of delicasies were unmatched!. I think I've bragged about this tour to everyone I know... and when friends say they want to go, I'm offering to go with them, just so I can experience the tour all over again. From the history to the food facts, and from the individual shop owners to all the delicious tastings, I couldn't think of a better way to spend the afternoon. Grab your favorite foodie friends and go go go! I can't wait to try the other tours too! |

We wanted to give our guide a well deserved tip but he left very quickly. We thought he went to the restroom and waited for about 10 minutes before the doorman told us that he had left the building. I'd recommend that participants have their tips ready in advance - we were having so much fun that it seemed like the end came too soon and we didn't have time to get our money out of our wallets. |

Tour guides are informative, fun, engaging and interactive.
The establishments were accomodating, appreciative and had wonderful samples.
The 3 hours flew by! The groups were small enough to be able to hear the guide and move from place to place methodically.
Really enjoyed it, would take another tour in the future. |

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. Sam, our guide, gave us a great history lesson while we enjoyed really good food. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in doing a little something different in New York. The best part was ending the tour at the bar on top of Hotel Ganselvoort. We had 360 degree views of the city while drinking $9 beer. It was so worth it! Request Sam if you can... he was a lot of fun! |

This was a great tour! We ate our way through Chelsea Market while learning its history. This tour is good all year round, as about 2/3 of the time is spent inside in Chelsea Market. Our guide was Kurt, who was excellent. This is a good tour of this type for older people or people who have trouble walking, as there were more opportunities to sit than with the Greenwich Village tour. |

Kurt was our guide. He learned our names right away and knew so much about the Market. Always had the answers to questions and never had to go ask someone else. The food was very good, although a lot of sweets were served. Thank goodness for the Lobster Bisque and the food at the Italian Market... The tour ended on a very timely basis and we had plenty of time to go back in and see more at our leisure. Really would have enjoyed trying a sample from Morimoto's and Mario Batali's Restaraunts. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone (w/o children). |
