| My husband and I were on vacation in New York . The tour was great! Curt (I hope I have his name spelled correctly) was entertaining and informative. The different foods we sampled were outstanding, especially the chowders at The Lobster Place.
We certainly enjoyed learning the history of Chelsea Market and the Meatpacking District. It was good to learn that particular area of New York was going through a restoration and renovation process. It is a part of New York that deserves to be saved. Curt's knowledge of the area helped make the tour that more interesting.
I am a regular viewer of programs of the Food Network. That is how I learned about the tour at Chelsea Market. My husband and I recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys learning about food and its history. If we get the opportunity to return to New York, we will visit Chelsea Market again. |

| The overall food tour was very good. Our instructor was very knowledgable and informative. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother would enjoyed the tour, however she would recommend for future tours the pace slows down, just a bit; she was exhausted after the first couple of hours.
It would be my suggestion that the tour guide allows time for rest during each tasting point or allow a 15 minute break after the first couple of hours. We also noticed a couple other people (eagerly) were also winded and eventually grab a cab and left before the tour was over.
Again the attractions and the food was great. |

| Cindy was very well informed of the history of the building and passed this info on to the group. I wish we could hav taken the tour when the meat packing plants were working. Other than that I enjoyed the food tasting at the various places we stopped at. I was surprised to find out how many different establishments were in the market place. My wife and I had a very good time. Thank You. |

| My husband and I wanted to see NYC in a less conventional way. We are so glad we included the Chelsea Market & Meatpacking District tour. Had we just meandered through the Market and Meatpacking District, we would have enjoyed looking at the many delectable offerings, but we would never have sampled so many of them. The food samples that our entertaining guide, Curt, served us were a perfect variety and DEFINITELY enough to fill us up as an elongated lunch (which started with dessert first!) The history and stories that Curt told were priceless, because they gave life to the Market's and District's essence. (HINT: If you do this tour on a hot afternoon like we did, you will be glad for the air-conditioning in the Market for the first 2/3 of the tour!)
This tour was worth every penny, and a nice contrast to the hectic pace of the rest of our busy activities. We look forward to doing the other Food Tours on a future visit. Thanks for adding to our memorable visit to NYC. |

| I learned so much about the Chelsea Marketplace. I had never been there. What a great place to be...the food, the shopping, the history...it's got it all! Our tour guide was very informative and funny. My mother and I enjoyed this tour. I can't wait to bring other visitors to this unique place. |
