| Tour guide was knowledgeable, energetic, and fun! The tastings were better than we'd hoped and the quantity of food was more than we expected. Had we taken a different tour, we would have been dealing with rain constantly. On this tour, however, all the tastings were indoors! We did leave Chelsea Market in order to see the Meat Packing District, but by then it was only sprinkling.
This food tour made us feel like we experienced something really special about New York. Highly recommended. |

| The walking tour is a great introduction to Chelsea Market. We learned the history of the building which was originally the Nabisco Factory and that was very interesting. Our guide took us to the back of the shops and restaurants to places we would never have gone on our own. We sampled the best items in the market from chocolate milk and chocolate croissants to cheese, olives and salami. I really enjoyed the history of the people who work in and own the shops. We went back in the cooler at the Lobster Market and tasted exotic flavored salt and chocolate caramels the Chelsea Basket Market.
The tour of the packing district was brief but very interesting, especially the trains that took the workers right into the factories. I would recommend the tour to people of all ages. |

| Hi!
I've done the village tour as well. The food tastings on both tours are fantastic. I enjoy the diversity of selections, etc. However, the village tour is more interesting, in my opinion. I like travelling through the streets learning about the history of the village. It's like a little mysterious path through greenwich. The meatpacking one is a little more stationary, and a little less appealing. However, the guides on both tours were fantastic. Keep up the good work. I'll continue bringing visitors out for food tours all the time! |

| My husband and I have been to NYC several times. We picked up a brochure in our hotel lobby on our last trip. We arranged for this food tour on this trip and were pleased with our choice. We learned so much more than we had hoped. We plan on arranging another food tour on our next trip. We passed the info on to friends who are coming to NYC. Thanks for the learning experience!! |

We were extremely disappointed with the tour. We actually left the tour early it was boring. My group was tired of crowding around and trying to fight for the tastes we got. There was eighteen people and we assumed there were to be sixteen. The tour guide was funny and entertaining. But the tour itself ,was something we could have done on our own for nothing. We thought we would get to tour a different part of the Chelsea market that normal people were unable to go to. We know what a fish market is, and I am sure, if we asked, we would be allowed to have a taste of the soups. The group of five of use left because it just was not our thing. We could have saved the $40.00 and bought a good lunch in NYC.
I would not reccomend this toud to anyone. |

| In today's society it is very difficult to find wholesome family entertainment to engage in. Finding time for family recreation can be a challenge because of busy schedules. It's important that parents search out ways to spend quality family time together and help their children get off the couch, away from television, video games and the internet to explore the world. This tour was a perfect way to do that. My family and I had a wonderful time sampling diffierent foods and enjoying the company of other families in the process. Learning the history and seeing the many landmarks in the Chelsea area along with the up and coming projects made for an interesting tour. Kurt, our tour guide made the experience fun. |

| Our guide was "Curt"... great kid!!!! Enthusiastic and fun! Would recommend this to anyone visiting the big Apple. We did the other tour last year and were just has happy. Even though Curt seemed to be just a tad more personable. Keep the Kid!!!! |
