| Both my husband and I really enjoyed the tour (guided by Darrell - I think that's his name). We learned a bit about the history of the market and the area which we found that was quite educational. I liked the idea that we got to try some of the local food and dairy products which we wouldn't be doing on our own. My husband's comment was that he considered the tour one of our trip highlights. We will definitely take the SoHo/Greenwich tour next time when we visit NY. Thanks! |

| Lots of fun and a great way to learn about Chelsea Market and the neighborhood. The food tastings were so filling - we didnt eat lunch and had only a small dinner. |

| I enjoyed the tour very much. I have also taken the Greenwich tour and I've loved them both. I would recommend this one for the cooler weather. or when nyc weather is not as nice because you get to spend more time indoors. It is great for tourists and locals to get to know the neighborhood. I love being able to taste so many foods from many wonderful establishments. |

| Guide was excellent. Enthusiastic, knowlegdable and very funny. A good intro to the market and the neighborhood. I always like learning anything new about a building and its history.
I was a bit disappointed, however, that there wasn't more of a look "behind the scenes." I am from New York City and have been to Chelsea Market many times since it first opened. I thought the tour would provide an opportunity to go beyond where regular customers go--to go into the bakeries, for example, and learn about the machines used, etc. with demonstrations. With one exception (when we went in the back of the lobster place), I didn't need a tour to show me the shops.
Also, I don't think the description included that the tour went outside around the market. Again, I know the area and I've been to the surrounding restaurants and hotel several times before.
I would recommend the tour, however, to people from outside the area.
Thank you. |

| Even NYC residents enjoy this 3 hour feasting and walking tour! My friend and I met two NYC residents who had taken both the Greenwich Village and the Meatpacking tour with Eric and thoroughly enjoyed each tour.
This adventure is the perfect combination of feasting on varied taste treats from the Chelsea Market to "inside trivia and tips" about the building, the tenants, the family-owned companies, the restaurants, the past, present and future of the Meatpacking district, a local B n B and more.
Your best advertisement is word-of-mouth; I learned about the tour from a colleague and I will be sharing the information gleaned with my colleagues...............
Great tour, guide and concept!
Thank you.

| We are a group of women seeing New York. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of meeting and visiting with someone who lives in New York. The tour of Chelsea Market was great. We were a little disappointed that the tour did not include more neighborhood stops, but all in all it was a very enjoyable experience. |

| Cindy, our leader was very informed, kept the group on schedule, and was very good with the various age groups. The tour had a lot of diversity and included food and history of the area. I would highly recommend. |

| My Daughter and myself went on this tour and she didn't really want to do a group tour , so she was a little hesitant ( age 20) about the whole 3 plus hour tour. We had a great time learned a lot and tried some great food. Chris our tour guide was so informative,
energetic she was a great tour guide I wish we would of had time to do the other tours.
Sara Beth's preserves are great!

| this tour. Our tourguide Curt, was very knowledgeable about the area, explaining in a very entertaining way. The food tastings were excellent, my husband and i were very pleased with this tour. We hope to do the tenement tour, and a Greenwich village tour next year. Thank you for a wonderful New York experience. |
