| Kurt, our guide was very informative, has a great personality, very friendly. The food was delish and there was enough for all. We did not go away hungry. I would definitely recommend this tour. The Greenich Village tour, which we took last spring is also recommeded. |

| we loved all the stops and had great intentions of going back to buy things after the tour but were too tired - in a good way! We are looking forward to going back to the area again and trying out the places we visited. |

| What a great time. We really felt like we knew the area by the time the tour had concluded. Our guide was fabulous and it was obvious that she enjoyed her work. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area and what the various restaurants were known for. Of course the food sampling was more than good it was great! Our next trip to NYC will definately include dining and shopping in this area.

| We had a terrific time with Cindy. Our son and his wife moved to New York City four months ago. When we visit, we try to discover new parts of the city together. They did not know of Chelsea Market, it will now be a new favorite shopping and eating destination. We identified several restaurants we want to try in the future and loved learning the history of the meatpacking district. |

| Great tour, great guide, great food!! It was a birthday present to my daughter and loved it as much as I did. I had done the Greenwich Village tour before and thought it couldn't be topped but alas it was as great as the first!! Kurt was our very knowledgeable and fun guide! I recommend it to all. wouldn't change a thing! Thanks for a memorable day in the "big apple"!

| This tour appealed to me because I hate the usual tourist scene. INstead of just seeing you were able to have an experience which is alot more memorable. I love food so this was a perfect way to spend 3 hours. |

| I enjoyed it. I thought there would be more information on the building and the combonation of the various buildings though. The history of the building is in itself very interesting. Other then that I found it very enjoyable. |

| Last year we took the Greenwich Village tour and it was so great we stayed in the Village this year. After such a great experience we wanted to do another tour this year. I had been to Chelsea Market before but never knew all the history of the building or had eaten much of the food. Staying in a hotel you don't buy that much food.
We had a great selection of wonderful food and learned how long these family business had survived there. What an uninviting area it use to be and how now it is the new 'in' place to go . We saw where those who want to be seen shop and eat l amid the old meatpacking buildings adorned with graffitti .
Our guide Kirk was full of stories and anecdotes and a real asset to the tour.
I asked him if they were going to add any more tours because if they did, we would take them. What about the other end of town?
It was a very good value for the price and you really saw the area in depth. We even visited a B&B which we may stay at next year.
My suggestion is not to even think about it - JUST DO IT! (Either tour) |
