| The tour was very well organized and adapted well to the cold weather. It was entertaining and the tour guide engaged everyone. The food was excellent and the vendors were very accommodating. This was a much easier tour for the younger and older members in our group; not as much walking as our other tour. We will definitely recommend this tour to others.
Also, the tour guide had a really cool jacket! |

The tour guide had a delightful personality that kept the entire group engaged in the tour. She was able to share a great amount of information with the group in an interesting way. She was open to all questions from the group. I would highly recomend the tour to other individuals.

Our guide, Cindy, was very knowledgeable and very outgoing. She taught us things we never dreamed of. She knew every step, every store, where to eat and who to talk to. She knew the area very well and was extremely friendly. We will recommend this tour to our friends and family.

We're NYer's and always looking for something new and different. This walking tour introduced to a side of NY that we really didn't know at all. The tour guide was great, very engaging and informed. The stops along the way were delicious - places we shall surely return to again and again. Great experience.

The Chelsea Market tour was a great combination of food and the stories of the past, present, and future of the market and the MP district. Cindy, the guide was fantastic.

My friend and I had taken the Greenwich Village Tour and we liked it so much we decided to take the Chelsea Tour and we weren't disappointed. Both tours combine food, history and architecture,... who could ask for more!!!

My sister and I took my mother on this tour as part of her 60th birthday gift. It was a nice way to learn about the culture of the area and the history of the market place. It will certainly be a fond memory for all of us. The tastings were delicious, especially the hot soup on a cold day in November.

My friend was visiting from Chicago. She and I wanted to have a quick sample of the West Village. I saw this tour recommended in a Sun Country In Flight magazine. We decided to give it a try. The day was very well spent. Cindy was a fun, knowledgeable, and very upbeat tour guide. The food tasting was the perfect amount and variety. I plan to take the other tours available. This was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thank you!

The Chelsea Market and Meatpacking District Food Tasting Tour was both enjoyable and educational. (Not to mention tasty!) The tour guide was fabulous and it was excellent to gain insight on the history and future of this dynamic area of NY. Despite all these good things, I felt $40 for a tour, a ladle of soup, a couple slices of deli meat , two shots of milk, part of a piece of bread, a few olives and some crackers was a little steep. I would recommend this tour for those interested in the history of the area, but would probably not take another one again.
