| My husband and I wanted to see NYC in a less conventional way. We are so glad we included the Chelsea Market & Meatpacking District tour. Had we just meandered through the Market and Meatpacking District, we would have enjoyed looking at the many delectable offerings, but we would never have sampled so many of them. The food samples that our entertaining guide, Curt, served us were a perfect variety and DEFINITELY enough to fill us up as an elongated lunch (which started with dessert first!) The history and stories that Curt told were priceless, because they gave life to the Market's and District's essence. (HINT: If you do this tour on a hot afternoon like we did, you will be glad for the air-conditioning in the Market for the first 2/3 of the tour!)
This tour was worth every penny, and a nice contrast to the hectic pace of the rest of our busy activities. We look forward to doing the other Food Tours on a future visit. Thanks for adding to our memorable visit to NYC. |

| A group of friends and I took the tour last Saturday and had a great time! Our tour guide Curt was the best. Even though I'm sure he has given this tour many times, he made it seem fresh and new. I loved his sense of humor. This is a great thing to do if your looking for something a little different than the typical "tourist" stuff. I would highly recommend it! |

| Our guide, Curt, was adorable. He made all the information that he was dispensing interesting and intriguing. I'm sure he's said everything hundred of times, but he always made it sound fresh. It was clear that the various shops knew him and liked him. We ate WAY too much, but felt like we got a great overview of the area and off tits history. I would recommend this tour to anyone, "foodie" or not. |

| My 13 year old daughter and I loved this tour! The food was great. A few too many sweets for me, but I rarely eat sweets. Nice variety of shops. We went back after the tour and did some shopping at Chelsea Market. Guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Woudl recommend this tour to anyone who loves to eat! |

| I learned so much about the Chelsea Marketplace. I had never been there. What a great place to be...the food, the shopping, the history...it's got it all! Our tour guide was very informative and funny. My mother and I enjoyed this tour. I can't wait to bring other visitors to this unique place. |

| we all really enjoyed ourselves. It was great value for money and I would happily reccomend it to other friends of mine visiting from out of town. The Chelsea market tour was the highlight though it got a bit lost walking through the meatpacking district - perhaps you should include a drink in one of the restuarants to bring it a little more to life. Other than that it was really great and I thought the guide was excellent. |

| This was a fun and different type of tour. You really do get full from all of the food you try. Most of the eating part is indoors where it is air conditioned, which was great because it was really hot outside when we were there.
Afterwards we did a walking tour and was told some really interesting facts about the meatpacking district. Our tour guide was very entertaining and fun. There were about 16 in our tour group and most were in pairs by the end of the tour we were all friendly and speaking to one another. I guess thats the power of food!
Again, this was a fun and different tour. We tried a lot of really incredible, high quality food and gained some interesting facts about the neighborhood, just as described by the company. |

| My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Chelsea Market and surrounding area tour.
We are fairly frequent visitors to New York and are always looking for something different to do, since we've obviously covered the usual tourist destinations. Although we've been to Chelsea before, we probably wouldn't have discovered the Martket on our own or it wouldn't have been as interesting (or tasty) without doing the Tour.
We learned many intersting things and had wonderful, and varied, things to eat. Our tour guide, Daryl, was fabulous. Very professional with his facts and figures, but also fun and entertaining.
All in all, a winner! |
