| We had a great time touring the Chelsea Market and Meatpacking district!
All the food we got to sample was so yummy. We were really happy with the serving size at each stop. You really don't need to have lunch afterwards. There's a great mix of different kinds of food to try.
It was definately worth the money.
Our tour guide, Kurt was so enthusiastic and descriptive. He made the tour. We don't know about any of the other tour guides, but if you get Kurt, you're going to have a good time.
You can tour the Chelsea Market on your own, but you won't be able to sample the food and you won't learn any of the history ot the area.
We wish there were more tours out there like this one. |

| I enjoyed the tour overall, but I preferred the Greenwich Village tour. I thought that there was some interesting facts and information as well as nice food tastings on this tour, but feel that the Village tour had more to offer in terms of food value and neighborhood facts. Good tour to do in inclement weather because most of the time is spent indoors at the Chelsea market. |

| I had a great time and also now know where to go when I am in the neighborhood. I learned so much more about the Chelsea Market even though I had been there many times before. |

Different from, but just as great as, Greenwich!

| We enjoyed this tour as much as the Greenwich Village tour we took in March 2005. Very different, very fun and informative.

| I really enjoyed the tour. Cindy was an enthusiastic guide who gave us lots of shopping tips on where to get the best deals. You could tell she really enjoyed being a New Yorker and was very proud of her city. It was interesting to learn about the history of the area and the changes that have taken place in the neighborhood the last few years. The food samples were fabulous and filling. |

| My husband and I were visiting NYC (and our son who is interning at NYU this summer) for four short days. Trying to accomplish as much as possible in a short amount of time, and to do something with our son that he hadn't tried in the city yet; we stumbled upon the website for your tour of Chelsea Market & the Meat-Packing district. I have never booked a tour online before and was somewhat worried about doing so. I shouldn't have worried. My husband, son, and I all loved it and wished there were more tours like it. We learned a lot of "stuff" from Cindy our guide. And the food was wonderful. Our son is living near NYU but said he will definitely get a group together and come over and shop at Chelsea Market. Thanks for a wonderful Sun. activity. |

| What an interesting tour and the tour guide (C/Kurt) was a good part of what made the tour interesting and very enjoyable. Just the right sense of humor to lead and herd us around the building and the neighborhood telling us about the history and the present.
I recommended this tour to the relatives that live in the area... both because they love food and because they love learning about NYC. |

| On a previous visit I had very much enjoyed your Greenwich Village tour and couldn't wait to take the Chelsea/Meatpacking tour my next visit. I loved it! Kurt was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable but in a natural way, it didn't sound like he was just reciting a script. I never would have known about the Chelsea Market had I not taken the tour and it's definitely a place I will return. The food was delicious! Thanks! |
