Chelsea Market/Meatpacking Dist Food Tasting Tour

I made the reservations because my mother loves the Food Network. It did not disappoint, in fact it surpassed my expectations and we were thrilled with our guide Samson. My mother, Carol, is "mobility-challenged" and uses a scooter. Samson made sure she was not lost in the back and made every effort to accomodate her. Samson was knowledgeable, humorous and entertaining. For anyone who likes to combine food AND history, this tour should not be missed.

Our guide Kurt went over and above the call of duty to give us and the rest of our group a wonderful experience. The things we saw and tasted were puctuated by the information and experience that Kurt brought to the tour. I would definitely not only recomend the tour to anyone who is a "foodie" but I will take the tour again the next time I am in NYC! A wonderful experience--a highlight of our week!

It was a terrific tour of the Chelsea market. The food was great (especially liked the Italian grocery and all the samples we tasted) and we found it very interesting. The tour of the outside area was not necessary though. It seems like that could have beeen done as a separate tour. I would recommend this tour though. Bring your appetites! We had a great time!

WOW! WE HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS SO MUCH FUN AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ENTIRE AREA. WE EVEN CAME BACK LATER THAT DAY AND TOOK THE REST OF OUR "GIRLS WEEKEND" GROUP ON A TOUR OF THE AREA. WILL DO IT AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP TO NYC.

Last year we had taken the Greenwich tour and loved it. This year we decided to take this one and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide, Curt, was so charismatic and informative. You can tell he truly loves his job, and loves food!! The market area and neighborhood was so interesting and definitely a place I would return when we visit again . This was our 2nd food tour with your company and it was excellent. It was great to see a different part of NY and our tour guide Kurt was amazing. He memorized everyone's names, was very knowledgeable, well organized and a great guide. Keep up the great work. I have highly recommended this to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.
