| This was the second tour I have taken with Foods of New York - and I have been lucky to have Kurt both times! Kurt is very enthusiastic and energetic - a great personality to discover this area. The markets were great and the food samplings were all delicious. We ended up going back to the market on our own and to one of the restaurants in the Meatpacking District for dinner a couple of weeks later. The tour is a great opportunity to get to know about stores and restaurants that you would not get by going it alone! |

| The tour was not only ample in food and variety - but a "view" on the origin, evolution of not only the food but the district was fantastic. I would most certainly recommend this tour - Curtis was fantastic and our group was great in energy. I don't see how you could not have a great time. |

| Darrell, our guide, is very knowledgable about the Chelsea Market and surrounding area. His enthusiam and detail about the vendors and lifestyle made the tour very engaging and was an excellent way to learn about that part of the city. The food choices were excellent and provided a good variety on the market but it was a little heavy on the sweets for my taste. |

| This was a great tour. Daryl was our guide and he was very knowledgable and entertaining. The food samples that we tasted were great. I had read that you should come hungry and that is the truth!!
Knowledge of the area by the guide was fantastic and he told the history of the area as a great storyteller. |
