| My wife & I found this tour very entertaining and educational. Although lifelong New Yorkers we were unfamiliar with the Chelsea area and in particular, the Chelsea Market. The tour guide (Bob) was genuinely a nice person and showed a great expertise of the history of the area. The food stops were all excellent and diverse. All and all a great afternoon. |

| The food was ok, I was expecting something wonderful from the Italien deli, not just lunch meat. Maybe more sampling of the items that are imported.
The history of the market and the meat packing district was wonderful. Bob was
very knowledgeable, funny and certainly has a passion for his work. We
appreciated him a great deal.

| Our tour guide was the cream of the crop. His anticdotes made it very personal. The food items we sample were varied, the shops we entered were also different. We felt we got the best of both worlds, the Chelsea Market and the outside wlaking tour.
Our group ages ranged from 20 to 70. We all returned to the shops afterwards and purchased! |

| This was a great way to learn about the foods of NYC and gain an appreciation for the history of this district. Our guide was well informed, easy to understand and even humorous at times. Looking forward to returning to Chelsea Market to spend more time to shop.
My recommendation: save the cookie until the end so you don't ruin your appetite for all the other goodies you will eat along the way. |

| Enjoyed the tour very much, our tour guy, Ed was wonderful. Because it takes place inside the Chelsea Market, you really get a wide variety and sampling of foods in a short walk. I wish we had scheduled the tour later in the year because for this tour you are indoors most of the tour and do not have to worry so much about the weather. |

| I highly recommend this tour. My husband admitted he didn't think he'd enjoy this tour but it was at the top of both our lists of favorite things we did in NY. Our guide Cindi was fantastic. The group included 1 New Yorker, tourists from CA, AZ & TX, and couples from Germany, Finland and Australia. The history we learned from Cindi was so interesting and fun. She pointed out things we never would have known just visiting the food market on our own. We tasted a huge variety of foods and learned a little about the chefs behind them. We got a sense of the development of Chelsea and how it is evolving today. I will definitely schedule some of the other food tours next time I'm in NY. |
