Rahem was our tour guide and he was EXCELLENT! I would ask for him on any tours offered by this company. Our tour happened to be on a rainy day and he adjusted our travel to each location to match the intensity of the rain. We sat down and had table service from dim sum to Peking Duck. It was all excellent and will return to featured restaurants and always this tour company.. The walking was limited and spread out which made it a very doable tour for someone with back problems or limited walking ability. Highly recommend; five stars! |

This is my second experience with Food of New York tours. We have done the Greenwich Village tour and both are excellent. Bert was a fantastic tour guide. This tour was more of a "sit down" restaurant experience as compared to the outdoor walking Greenwich village tour. The walk through the park was great and gave us a flavor of the local culture.
My only concern is that we noticed that the Peking Duck House has a sanitation code rating of "C". This was not easily seen, and we would have not have eaten in this establishment if we had seen this. |

We had a great time on this food tour. Our guide was very passionate and made the tour interesting and fun. We learned a bit that we didn't know about the area and enjoyed some wonderful food. |

This is our second food tour. I wasn't expecting the same because I thought it would be hard to beat last year's tour guide. Burt was an excellent guide, he was knowledgeable, and made it fun! Highly recommended. |

The guide was very good.However there was not enough of the history of the area.Also I did not enjoy the stop at the store nor the 3rd restaurant ABC. |

I was pleasantly surprised that we would be sitting down in restaurants for the tastings, and not just a bite on the streets. Helpful if it's pouring out. There is some walking of course, but plenty of time in doors. Bert was a great guide and was very knowledgeable. I haven't been to Chinatown in years, but will be back soon, now that I know where to go. |
