Chinatown Food and Culture Walking Tour

Me and my boyfriend were visiting the city for the first time. He is a major foodie and really into food, food facts, and anything different. This tour was wonderful for both of us. Not only was the tour guide great but the whole set up and location of the tour was awesome. The food was great and a very nice was to see China Town. I would never go back to New York and not do a food tour. Highly recommened!

not knowing anything of what was going to happen my 18 yr old daughter and i joined the tour in chinatown. we had only arrived from australia a couple of nights before so were still slightly shell shocked, especially by the heat, as we had just left winter. meeting our guides Raheem and Bert as well as the rest of the tour group was an absolute pleasure and put us totally at ease. the first course at go go dim sum was so fresh and flavoursome we knew we were in for a great 3 hours. we were not disappointed the tour was fun, informative of culture and history as well as scrumptious. we have another foods of ny tour booked for tomorrow and we cant wait, we know it is going to be a great experience. loved Raheem and Bert.

Fabulous tour guides! One was training but you would never know it. Great intro to Chinatown and a peak into the history of the city I never knew. Highly recommend! Honestly, it was one of the highlights from my trip to New York. :)

The tour guide seemed to have some good local knowledge and contacts. The food was great and plentiful. We really enjoyed the experience.

did this tour with friends and had a great time, we learned alot about the neighborhood, the history of the immigrants and the food culture. Our guides were fun, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. The food was eceptional and there was plenty of it. After the tour we went on our own and explored the area on our own. I would definately reccommend the tour of Chinatown.

I thought the Chinatown tour was very informative and yummy. We were fed a lot of food, definitely enough for more than a meal. There were a lot of cool things on the menu that I would normally never try on my own. We had locals, international travelers, and domestic travelers like myself, who all really enjoyed the tour. I definitely want to do some of the other food tours next time I visit NYC.

I took my 15 year old son on this tour and we both loved it. Our tour guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic. We ended up skipping our planned activity for the next day and going back and retracing our steps, eating in our favorite places. Would highly recommend this tour group and will do another tour with them next time in the city.

The Chinatown tour was rich with great food and a comprehensive history of the area. I highly recommend it, and the other foodsofny tours as well.

The tour was 3 hours long and there was plenty to eat/taste, although the tour did not go too far you did find out the history of the area which I found very interesting, Good value for money, shame we had to fly back home to England the same day :(

The guide makes it a great experience. All the information and humor he shares is what we enjoy so much.
