The tour was really great. As a local who lives uptown, Chinatown always intimidated me a bit. This was a great way to learn some history, try new restaurants, and spend time with my out of town friend. I will definitely be returning to Peking Duck House. Burt, the guide, was enthusiastic, funny, and a wealth of knowledge about the area. I definitely recommend this tour! |

Our guide was Bert. He was excellent!!! We want to come back later in the year and do the Greenwich Village tour and we will be asking for Bert! The tour & restaurants were excellent as well but ultimately, you have to have a good guide to keep things interesting & have knowledge to be able to offer historical information. Not just any history, but interesting history. |

Our guide Rahim was super -- very friendly & knowledgeable. The restaurant selection was amazing -- especially the Dim Sum Go Go -- where I definitely plan to go back on my own. And the Peking Duck was outstanding as well. This was even better than I had anticipated -- the entire experience is one I would certainly repeat and recommend to others. Real fun and well worth the price! |

We went with a group of eight with a plan to try something different. We had so much fun. Bert, our tour guide, was pleasant, funny and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Chinese food and Chinatown. He could even provide recipes. The food was very good and we had more than enough to eat. Our entire group felt that this was well worth it. We are planning our next tour as I write this. |

We had a great guide, Burt, who showed us around Chinatown and taught us a lot! However, I feel the tour is a bit "dialed down" for westerners. For example, for dessert we had the "tiger roll" a dessert that, we were told, can be found in any Chinese bakery. It's a yellow cake rolled around a chocolate cake, rolled around a ball of fudge. Not really Chinese. I would have liked to have some Chinese dessert and go out of our comfort zone. The Peking Duck was great, I really enjoyed it, the Dim Sum was great too! The only other thing I would point out is that I think I would have liked to have had the shopping stop at the end of the tour so those who want to shop don't have to hurry and those who don't want to stay in the store for a half an hour or so can move on to exploring the neighborhood on their own. Before this tour I'd never really been to New York's Chinatown, and this tour was definitely a great way to see it! |

I loved this tour, the food was delicious, the tour guide was fun, funny and very knowledgable. I am hoping to bring more people to China town because of this tour and it is what I was looking for: a fun way to spend the day with some friends while gaining ideas for further eating in China Town. The only thing I would have liked is more food choices at the last restaurant we went to. It was good that I didn't eat so much I felt ill, btu I would have liked to try more than just two dishes at the last restaurant. thanks! |

Combine insider access with exceptional, authentic cuisine ... toss in great humor, fun facts, and an energetically clever guide for...one delightful, active and story-filled morning. Even the New Yorkers in the group were swept away by this insider vantage...not to be missed! |

We had a great time. Our guide Burt was knowledgeable, informative, interesting and did an excellant job. The food and choice of restaurants was outstanding. Our experience was enhanced with Burt's details regarding the various dishes we were being served along with interesting tid bits of history regarding Chinatown. We have already told, neighbors, friends and family about the good time we had. We are planning to go on the Village tour next, which was highly recommended by one of the couples we met from our group. |
