Raheem, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He provided a delicious and highly informative glimpse into one of New York's most vital and fascinating neighborhoods. In addition to the excellent fare, our tour was replete with invaluable facts about history, local culture, and etiquette. I would recommend this to both tourists and locals.

This tour exceeded our expectations! Even though it was the hottest day of the summer, our beginning at Dim Sum Go Go was a perfect way to begin. Rashid was fantastic - thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Loved the Peking Duck, and loved all the details Rashid gave us. Really enjoyed the stop at the Chinese medicine store - bubble tea was fun to try, and we really appreciated that Rashid shared his freebie with our 8-year old son. We would highly recommend this tour to others (already have!) and will definitely explore other food tour options with you next time we visit New York. Thanks for the highlight of our trip!

Having been to Chinatown before, it was wonderful to finally understand some of the history of both the place itself and its culinary delights. Our guide Raheem was knowledgeable and personable. Our diverse and friendly group made the tour even more enjoyable. My husband and I have been on 3 other tours with this company and have never had a bad experience.

Went on the Chinatown Walking Tour with my husband and two children (age 12 and 14) in the middle of July. We all really enjoyed the experience. The children did not appreciate the food but they tasted everything and thanks to our competent guide they found the tour interesting and exciteing. Even though the tour ended at three o'clock we were still not hungry in the evening. I would recommend the tour to everyone who´s interested in (or curious about) the Chinese Cuisine and would like to know more.

If it's your first time to New York Chinatown I highly recommend that you take this tour first. As you get off the subway you are bombarded with sites and sounds and a crush of people. There is so much to see it's hard to tell what you should be doing. Our tour guide eased us in to this sensory overload by having us at a quiet table in an incredible dim sum restaurant and introduced us to the pleasures of a culinary experience. We walked through the streets and he gave us a history of the area and reccomendations for eating in other restaurants. Along the way we feasted on duck, pork, and other great foods. Come hunger because you will be full when finished. HAVE FUN.

Enjoyed the information and most of the food.

We enjoyed the tour for the most part. The day was beautiful and walking around was easy. We had never had dim sum before and now that we have, we know we'd never have it again. The insides were good, the gooey, sticky outside were not to our liking. The rest of the food was enjoyed. Lots of good information from the guide, thank you.

These tours were the highlights of our vacation and we wouldn't change a thing. Rahim is a very gracious host and tour guide and looked after everyone beautifully, providing lots of fascinating information about the area that we would never have been able to find out on our own. We were amazed at the quality and quantity of the food provided and actually skipped dinner that evening. The night before we left we met some tourists from California and gave them the web address for these tours in hopes there would be some available slots. We plan to repeat these tours in the future and look forward to seeing Rahim again next year for the sushi dinner.
