| What a great combination of neighborhood cultural/historical information and ethnic neighborhood food. Rahim, our guide, clearly knew the neighborhood and enthusiastically told personal and other stories. We were treated to food experiences that we would otherwise never have found. Take the tour at the beginning of your time in New York, because you find lots of places you will want to go back to for food and entertainment. We did, and we did! |

| The group consisted of mostly under 35 couples, but there was a single woman from new jersey, myself and my mom as well. I got it for my mom as a mothers day gift, figured it would be unique. She enjoyed it, as did I. I will definitely participate in another tour again. Someo f the food was spicy, so beware. I am not one for spice, but I do enjoy a little exotic food once in while so I thought it was tolerable, but my mom did not enjoy the spice much. The tour guide Susan was fantastic. You could see her passion about the neighborhood. She was very friendly and helpful. It will make you tired! The walking was not very far but for some reason I was exhausted afterwards. My mother was too. I work in manhattan (and im only 23) so im used to alot of walking, in total i walk approx a mile per day, and my mother walks for 30 minuts almost every night, but this tour definitely made us go home and rest. It was well worth it though!! Just think through any plans you make for afterwards, and plan for the tour to go over atleast an hour or so.
ine was supposed to end at 330, it ended at 415. |

| Great food! We were able to sample food from other countries (i.e. Indian, Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern). The tour was interesting and tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were looking forward to the Israeli and Jamaican food as described in the tour info, but for some unexplained reason we never got to sample these foods. We would like to recommend that tour ends where it starts. It was a bit confusing to get back to our subway station afterwards. We did not enjoy this tour as much as the Greenwich Village food tour which we took last year. Bleecker Street Pizza remains our all time New York pizza favorite!!!! |

| We had a wonderful time walking and eating around the Village and SoHo. It was great to learn the history of the area and to be told about current spots to try both to eat and listen (comedy and music clubs), We were told about many places we would otherwise have just walked by and were tipped off as to what to order at many places. |

| We learned so much while enjoying different and delicious foods. The time passed by too quickly as we were always immersed in the beauty and culture of the neighborhood. |

| If you'd like to experience Greenwich Village like a true Village insider, I highly recommend you take this tour. Your guide, Raheem, is very knowledgeable and surprising thin for the amount of great food he has available to him during these tours! We had more than enough to eat and the variety and quality of the food we tasted was really remarkable. It was especially rewarding for those of us on the tour who live in NY, as we can take advantage of these establishments on a regular basis. We even had a few minutes to buy some of the products - I'm really enjoying the "The Heat is On" peanut butter I picked up while on our tour. Additionally, you learn so much about the history of The Village and SoHo and the people that shaped those neighborhoods over the years, the 3 hours fly by. Anyone that enjoys food and loves NY would find this a great experience. |

| My parents & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide Rashim was fantastic, he is passionate about food and knows the area very well. He combines lots of curious historical facts with interesting restaurants & stores with tastings that range from typical indian street food & a bizarre store dedicated to peanut butter to witnessing the artisanal process of hand making mozarrella cheese & jamaican pasties.
At the end of the tour we had tasted about 8 or 9 different things which added up to a very hearty lunch. |

| What fun, history, culture and food. It does not get better and I look forward to taking more of these. Please have one for each section of the city.
It was worth every penny. |
