Central Village/SoHo Food & Culture Tour

The perfect way to combine sightseeing with delicious food. Really enables you to become familiar and comfortable with different NYC neighborhoods. Will definitely book another tour on our next visit to NYC!

What a great way to see local areas of NYC. Lots of terrific food and our guide Diana was full of interesting facts and local knowledge. I did this tour on Friday 17th June when there were some sudden thunder and rain storms, but that did not detract from the fun, Diana was great at finding some shelter for us as we walked around a really interesting part of NY. Diana also went "the extra mile" by escorting me to the best subway station for the trip back to my hotel, and even gave me her rain poncho! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thanks again Diana for a great afternoon!!!

We absolutely loved our food tour! Not only did we eat delicious food, but Foods of New York Tours went out of their way to accommodate us after a scheduling mix-up that was entirely our fault. Our guide Cindy was funny, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We definitely plan to book additional tours the next time we're in New York!

This tour was well organized with Barry, our tour guide very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods we covered. A really nice and genuinely approachable person. Would definitely do a tour with Zerve again. From Northern Ontario. :))

Bari was our guide and she did a fabulous job. Her voice was clear and all participants were able to hear her description of the businesses, buildings, and history of the area. The tour was very informative and the food tastings were excellent. A few weeks ago, my husband and I took the Greenwich Village tour with Bari. Again the food tastings were superb, and we have returned to some of the restaurants for lunch/dinner. In the future, we plan to reserve space on the other "Foods of New York" tours. This Central Village/Soho tour was excellent! If you are visiting New York, this is a tour that shouldn't be missed.

We picked this food tour because of the different food options. I actually liked the Indian food the best. It gave us the opportunity to taste something different that I would be afraid to order or even go to that restaurant. A few places I would definitely go back because of their tasting and some for their history. Our tour guide was great and gave us so much information about the entire area - too much to remember. We took pictures of different places to jog our memory or to google later on. I am already looking into taking a food tour in Chicago and have told numerous people to definitely take advantage of one of these food tours. We loved it. Thanks

We really enjoyed the tour. Very informative and interesting also the food was very tasty! This was our second tour with Foods Of NY and we were not disappointed. Very well organized from beginning to end, highly recommend!

The tour was very nice, with allot of informations and good food. higly recomended

Tour was a bit disappointing. I've been on others and have been very pleased. This one was lead by Barri. She was not as good as other guides in the past. She talked a lot. The food was delicious. We felt rushed at the Cuban stop that we could sit down and order a cocktail that we purchased. We had to leave before we were finished or had a chance to use the restroom. I would give it 2 stars overall. A good guide would have made it a 5.

Guide was excellent. I've been on other tours in this area and she knew her stuff. Worth the cost. It was the hottest day of the year and the tour provided water and showed concern for all of us. I recommend this to any one interested in the food and culture of Central Village
