| The tour was great. Our guide not only knew the history of the area and the restaurants, but she was a local who had her own history in the neighborhood and was able to share great insights about the establishments we visited. She made sure everyone was able to enjoy the tour regardless of age or mobility level. Of course the food was fantastic, and while sufficient from a quantity standpoint, left us wanting more from a taste standpoint! My wife and I plan to try another tour the next time we are in NYC. If you are looking for a unique way to explore the city, there isn't a tastier way to do it. Cheers! JP & Julia |

| Visiting NYC for the weekend from Boston, my husband and I wanted to do this tour - to get a sense of the history, culture, and architecture of Greenwich Village. This was one fabulous tour and absolutley surpassed our expectations!!
Our guide, Suzie, knew her stuff - both in terms of the local merchants, local history, and the 'Who's Who' of some of the precious gems of the Village and she is an excellent storyteller. But above all - the food stops - restaurants and deli's were outstanding!! It is essential to be hungry when you start this tour because in the course of the stops - you certainly eat more food than one would in an average meal. In fact - even though we wanted to have dinner at one of the restaurants Sat night - - we did not even eat dinner that evening! But on Sunday - we knew right where we wanted to go. I am sharing these discoveries with only my closest friends.
We purchased one sausage at the meat market we had visited and most certainly should have purchased more!
This tour is fun, informative, a great value - and absolutley delicious!!! A gem in itself~ THE perfect way to spend 3 hours on a saturday. Highly recommended!
Thank you!! |

| This was my third food tour. Having thoroughly enjoyed the West End of the Village tour and the Chelsea Market tour, I was confident that this tour would follow suit. I think this might even be my favorite food tour. Susan was our tour guide and my favorite of the three guides. As the Chinese and Japanese tours don't interest me, I saddened that there aren't more for me. If you expand, I'd be interested. You succeed in welcoming a stranger into the intimacies of a neighborhood. I have returned many times to these neighborhoods and have introduced other friends to the wonderful eateries, shops and bits of history that you introduced me to. As I know many people who don't often venture to NYC because it seems an overwhelmning experience to them, I recommend your food tours. |

| This was our third tour, and they just keep getting better. The variation (and amount) of tastings were terrific! Tasty and informative - - does it get any better than this? |

| The mix of food, history and gossip is perfect. Whether you know the area or not, it is still a lot of fun. Good quality food, and lots of it, so come hungry, not too much walking with many stops. Our guide was informative, he even shared recipes with us. I shall definitely go back to many of the restaurants and music venues. |

| We all had a great time on the tour. Especially enjoyed the ricotta cheesecake and the chocolate walnut tart! Diana was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the area and New York in general. We talked about it many times during the remainder of our trip. Now we just need a chance to do the Chelsea/meat packing district tour and all the others! |

| A brilliant 3 hours, full of interest and great food. The guide was informative and enthusiastic. Can't recommend this too highly. You will go away with a determination to revisit Greenwich and Soho, and to try out the restaurants and food shops you sample. You might also get to meet Abdul Zahir Batin, a jazz drummer of legendary status. While we were waiting for the tour to start, he came up to us and offered to sell the CD of his work (we bought two!). Interesting guy, interesting place! |

| This was the first tour we've taken with this company, and we were absolutely delighted. Barri was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide. The 3 hours consisted of a cultural tour interspersed with tastings - some "on the street" and others 20-30 minutes sitting down inside the restaurant. The pace was perfect. We had approximately 15 in our group - it was a perfect size and by the end of the tour we had met everyone. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend the tour to individuals, couples, and families with pre-teens on up in age. |
