I liked the tour because we had samples of all different ethnic foods. The history was interesting although I think someone who was a Jazz lover and loved contemporary authors would really like it.

I have been on all three of the food tours offered by this group and they have all been different and all good. The guides are friendly and certainly know their stuff. The food is good and you learn about a lot of out of the way places you would probably not discover on your own.

This walking and food tasting tour of Greenwich Village and Soho was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC! My sister and I both loved it! Rahim is an EXCELLENT tour guide and made the walk fun, informative, and educational. The food samples were superb! One of the things we liked about this tour was the opportunity to sample some ethic foods we would not have known about otherwise. Whatever you do, take one of these walking tours. You won't regret it... and your taste buds will surely thank you! The tour is very efficient... no standing in line at the eateries waiting for the food. Rahim makes the arrangements in advance so that when the tour group walks up to the restaurant, Rahim just pops in and walks back out a half-minute later with the food samples on a tray, ready to be distrubuted to members of the tour. Super efficient! Thanks to Rahim for doing such a lovely job showing us this area of New York and introducing us to a lot of great eateries. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

We had a group of 11 females in our family visiting NYC for my mother's 80th birthday. We took the new Central Village/SoHo food and culture tour. Several of us had already been on your other two food and culture tours. Rahim was our tour guide and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The food tastes were very delicious, and things we would never otherwise have tried. I would highly recommend all your food and culure tours.

My husband and I went on this tour on the last day of a 4 day trip to NYC. We stayed in the East Village and tried to immerse ourselves into the downtown area. I now wish we had taken the food tour on our first day, as this was so informative and fun and we really got to experience an eclectic mix of culture and foods. We actually came back that evening to eat at one of the restaurants that we learned about. I would highly recommend this to anyone, tourist or local. We will definitly go on another one next time we are in New York. Our guide was Raheem and he was fantastic!!

Nice walk with multi-ethnic noshing

This tour gives a good overview of the history of the area with a bonus of multi-ethnic noshing on the side. Complimentary water bottle is very much appreciated since the walk takes place during the hottest time of the day. A list of the eateries in the area with contact details and descriptions is definitely handy to have for subsequent visits.
