| This was absolutely the highlight of our first visit to New York. Over for a week, we booked the tour online before we travelled. Our group was led by Diana who displayed a real insight and knowledge of Village history and culture. The food tastings were fabulous, plentiful and varied. Seeing where Bob Dylan had played and lived was the icing on the cake for me. The whole atmosphere of the village s something `i will definitely revisit having had such a friendly and helpful introduction. A model of its kind.
Thank you, Diana./ |

| Two of us have taken your Greenwich Village and Chelsea Market tours. Because we raved about them I was able to convince 2 others who live in NJ to meet us for this one. We all agreed the guide was very good and we enjoyed all the information. The two from NJ went to lunch afterwards as they were hungry. We didn't do that but did head for the bakery to fill the empty spot.
The place that the tour met and I can't remember the name now was wonderful. We were a bit early and he invited us to sit down and brought us water. We certainly would go there for a meal the next time we're in NYC. Too bad we didn't get to sample his fare as part of the tour.
Sorry to be so late with this review but I never use my yahoo account and just found the e-mail.
We hope by the time we come back to NYC next year you have another tour lined up maybe in a different part of the city. We aren't interested in sushi. |

| This was a very enjoyable tour - nice pace - great food and an extremely friendly and knowlegeable guide. A true native of the village, Diane's love for the neighborhoods and the people is quite apparent and infectious. I would (and already have) reccommend this tour to family & friends. |

| I enjoyed the tour but it really dragged out at times. There were 8 food places, half of them very quick in succession for the last 15 minutes. That meant that for 2.5 hours, only 4 foods were tasted. That's a lot of talking to listen to . This will probably be my last tour. I've done the chelsea market and the greenich village tour also. The greenich village tour is by far the best. |

| I live in Manhattan, but my focus is work. I very seldom take time to explore and indulge in all the fantastic things the city has to offer (A crime! I know!) I welcomed the opportunity to play tourist when my aunt came for a visit. The Central Village/SoHo Food and Culture Tour was absolutely the highlight of the weekend. Our guide was enthusiastic and entertaining. My guest and I both learned a thing or two (or 20) about NY history, architecture, culture, and of course, it's fabulous cuisine. I have a brand new list of favorite places to eat, and several places I'm looking forward to enjoying in greater depth in the future. The tastings were nicely paced, and we finished the tour satiated and inspired. |

| I enjoyed this tour, but there really was a large portion of the tour dedicated to providing historical details of the area. |

| We really enjoyed learning about history of the area, the food, and cultural experience. Our guide was very knowledgable about the area and even shared personal stories about how certain things impacted her. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone but be prepared to walk for most of the 3 hours (Don't go shopping in Chinatown before hand). |
