| Foods of NY tours are wonderful if you really want to get an in-depth look and taste for a particular area of the city. Much better experience than sitting on a coach and just looking at things as you pass them by. The group sizes definitely need to be kept small to keep with the quaintness of some of the establishments and even the areas. The last thing you want to do is make it feel too touristy. We had 16 ppl + myself and that should be the absolute maximum. Anything more would not be manageable and alter the experience. I've done this tour and the original Greenwich Village one and loved both! |

| Susan was our tour guide. She was wonderful. We did not feel rushed and were able to enjoy all the wonderful food. It would have been fun to shop at some of the stops, but with a group of women, the tour would have lasted 6 hours rather than 3 hours. There were 10 of us from Wisconsin in this group and we all enjoyed the tour. |

| I had went on the original Greenwich tour on a previous NY visit and had my eye on this tour. Was a bit hesitant after reading old comments but when I went back to the website closer to our departure date, I noticed they made more improvements on this tour, based upon feedback, and booked this right away.
I was travelling with my sister and sister-in-laws and we all loved this tour.
Portions were large and the food was great.
We had a great variety from the Indian wrap, pasta, ricotta cheesecake (mmmmm), empanadas, tortellini, smoked mozarella, black pepper sausage and the walnut tarte.
Susan kept us at a good pace and entertained us with her knowledge of the Village.
I was glad she mentioned Peanut Butter & Company; even though the tour does not go there anymore, it is a funky place so typical of NY that it can have a whole restaurant themed around one food item.
I really want to try the dim sum tour next visit. How about having a Harlem soul food tour? |

| This is one of the best experiences you can get in New York, the information and history is a bonus to the fabulous food sampling. I did a tour 2 years ago and loved it and I think this one actually has more food. Go for the cheesecake alone, it is divine. The guide was good and if you happen to get Cindy, she is absolutely outstanding. Its a compact wonderful insight into thsi area, its history and some great restaurant tips. I have sent many friends already. Book it, fantastic value! |

| Interesting places to visit and the food was delicious! Loved the variety from Indian to Italian to Cuban to the fresh smoked mozarella at Joe's Dairy. The ricotta cheesecake at Bellavitae was the best we had in the city! It was fun to actually go inside the restaurants and sit down to enjoy our tastes. Rahim was a wonderful tour guide and his stories really made the Village and SoHo come alive for us! It was great to have some details of the history and architecture and the colorful characters who have populated the area over the years. I would highly recommend this tour. |

| Half of the food was amazing, and the other half was average. Although the walk through Washington Park was pretty, I would have preferred to spend more time at eating establishments or food boutiques. If would be great if the company would purchase those disposable ponchos and then sell them on the tour, as we spent half of the tour in the rain. |

| Everything was so well organized. Our guide knew the area and food stops in depth. I can't decide which tour to take the next time I visit NYC. |

| We are 4 friends from Ontario on our 1st group adventure to NYC. One of the group had participated in your food/cultural tours in the past and was eager for the rest of us to experience the same. From start to finish we had a great time. It rained, but it did not matter a bit. The food was amazing.....the mohitos at "Cuba" were out of this world!
Along with the great food we had the history of the area told to us by a great guide, Rahim? Rahib?......he was delightful, fun, knowledgeable.
I would definitely be a return customer and can't wait for my next trip to bring different friends along.
On behalf of our group ....Thank you for a wonderful Saturday!

| Thank-you Susan of Foods of NY for a great tour of Soho and Greenwich!
The tastings were delicious!
And the history tour of the Village was fantastic! SUSAN was fabulous!!
We even came back the next night and tried Monty's for dinner and thought it was quite good.
Would recommend it to friends for a fun walk around a great area -- tasting a few delights and happily learning about the ins-and outs of a cool area! |

| This was the second food tour that I have done with this company and we were not disappointed. It was absolutely wonderful - our guide was fantastic and the food was incredible. I would totally do another one of these tours again. |
