| Even having to trudge through the slushy snow, it was informative and our guide
Rahim ( sorry about the spelling} was so enthusiastic. Had we been in NY longer we would definately have booked one of the other tours, so will recommend your company to any future visitors.
Thanks again. |

| I brought my 16-year-old niece with me. It was a great introduction to a great neighborhood, a place that is part of my own history, and one that I wanted to share with her. The tour gave more information than I could myself. And she could try foods that she might not try if asked to by Mom and Dad. Rashim was very knowledgable about the area, its features and history; about the restaurants, their strong points and specialties; about the food establishments and how they make their products. I was a little unsure if my niece would enjoy the afternoon, and I'm happy to report that she THOROUGHLY enjoyed herself. As did myself! This is not the first Foods of NY tour I've gone on and it certainly won't be my last. |

| I have been to Greenwich Village many times and have been on other tours of Greenwich Village as well as other neighborhoods in New York City and other parts of the country. This tour rates as one of the best of all the tours I have been on. It was the best tour of the Central Village. It was fun and educational and I learned a lot. There is only a maximum of 8 people allowed on this tour during the winter months, which makes the tour very intimate. The tour guide, Rahim, was knowledgable and passionate. The cafes, restaurants and shops we visited were interesting and all the food was enjoyable. |

| Not knowing what to expect, we had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the uniques eateries, history and architecture. Most of the places we visited were places we surely would not have visited on our own. In future visits we will now seek them out. We took the tour on the last day of our week-long vacation and if we had it to do over, we would have scheduled it earlier in the week. That way we would have had time to go back on other days and explore/experience more of the community and the food on own own. |

| I enjoyed the tour but it really dragged out at times. There were 8 food places, half of them very quick in succession for the last 15 minutes. That meant that for 2.5 hours, only 4 foods were tasted. That's a lot of talking to listen to . This will probably be my last tour. I've done the chelsea market and the greenich village tour also. The greenich village tour is by far the best. |

| This was absolutely the highlight of our first visit to New York. Over for a week, we booked the tour online before we travelled. Our group was led by Diana who displayed a real insight and knowledge of Village history and culture. The food tastings were fabulous, plentiful and varied. Seeing where Bob Dylan had played and lived was the icing on the cake for me. The whole atmosphere of the village s something `i will definitely revisit having had such a friendly and helpful introduction. A model of its kind.
Thank you, Diana./ |

| We enjoyed this activity. It was a very informative walk with a great deal of information about the area, its history, architecture, activities - past and present along with visits to many of the area restaurants and sampling the foods (that were all delicious).
The Tour leader was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful.
Thank you. I will be happy to recommend this tour and your organization to visitors in the area. |

| Our guide Diane met the nine of us at Cafe Del Mare, and led us on a very interesting and VERY tasty tour of the Village and SoHo. From the first stop at the India Bread Company to our last taste of Yogurt the day was a big hit. The history of the area was interspersed with stories of restaurants, cooks and various foods. It was most enjoyable. It allowed me to try foods I may never have and to make note of restaurants I wish to come back to.
Diane made it enjoyable and oh so interesting. All nine of us agreed that this is the way to get to know the area. I have been visiting NYC for over 30 years, but this tour has opened up a new part of the City to me. Your group is now bookmarked and we will be reserving for future food tours when we get to visit again.
Thanks so much for making a great weekend get together with a group of friends all the more special. |
