| I had a wonderful, educational, interesting, fascinating time on the tour. The two guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. (I appreciated their trying to keep us in the shade-and for asking us to consider the feelings of the actor we saw in the tea shop!) The food was terrific. I loved trying things I never would have considered before. Just please be careful of the foil that was found in some of the sandwiches, mostly at the Indian Bread Shop.
Something that would be helpful would be a map for us to look at in advance, so we have an idea of where we are going. I got very mixed up with my sense of direction at first. Fortunately, I knew a little bit of the area, so I was able to reorient myself, but a map in advance with the route marked would be so helpful. Also, one bottle of water is not enough for a hot day. (Thank you for the Jamaican soda. That was refreshing.) If it is not possible to provide us with more water along the way, then at least recommend that we come with our own, or stop somewhere where we can purchase some.
Thank you for getting my son that banana and honey pressed toast sandwich when you found out he could not have cheese. That was a very personal, considerate touch.
I am looking forward to booking more tours with you. I want to take my husband next time. It was like going on a mini vacation that day. Oh, that potato pizza was the BEST!!!! |

| Diane lead us on a tour that told us as much about the history of Greenwich Village as about the foods we sampled. A knowledge local guide who maintained an enthusiatic commentary throughout the fascinating three hour tour. It was one of the highlights of my week in New York

| This was my third Foods of NY tour and just like the other two, it did not disappoint. My fellow group members all enjoyed themselves and we all learned so much about these unique neighborhoods. The tastings were great and introduced us to types of food we probably would never have tried on our own but will now definetly seek out in the future. Such interesting tidbits of history and humor thrown in made the tour that much better. Our guide was so knowledgable, personable, and enthusiastic. You could tell he just loves his job and loves NYC! |

| Loved the fact that the restaurants we visited were not expensive, cloth linen/ break the bank type dining. This is the New York I've longed to see! GOt a good feel for the neighborhood not just the restaurants. Saw many places I want to come back to. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgable.
WOuld certainly take one or your tours again.

| The food tour was a recommendation, and we are so glad we went through with it. Our guide was incredible: enthusiastic yet professional, a real "foodie", knew so much about the city and taught us a lot.
And it was delicious! Every restaurant we sampled was unbelievable-- authentic dishes from people who just really love food.
I have been visiting New York City for years, and this was one of my greatest highlights to date.
A must try! |

| This walking and food tasting tour of Greenwich Village and Soho was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC! My sister and I both loved it! Rahim is an EXCELLENT tour guide and made the walk fun, informative, and educational. The food samples were superb! One of the things we liked about this tour was the opportunity to sample some ethic foods we would not have known about otherwise. Whatever you do, take one of these walking tours. You won't regret it... and your taste buds will surely thank you! The tour is very efficient... no standing in line at the eateries waiting for the food. Rahim makes the arrangements in advance so that when the tour group walks up to the restaurant, Rahim just pops in and walks back out a half-minute later with the food samples on a tray, ready to be distrubuted to members of the tour. Super efficient! Thanks to Rahim for doing such a lovely job showing us this area of New York and introducing us to a lot of great eateries. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! |

| The tour included a good overview of the neighbourhoods with respect to history, interesting information, great restaurant suggestions, and most of all - good food to taste. The guides were very friendly and managed to keep the group interested for the duration of the tour. Very enjoyable. I would definately consider another food tour on my next visit to NY. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, in spite of the cold weather. I had done the Greenwich Village tour previously, and was eager to try another. This did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend it as a first tasting tour or for those who are returning customers. |

| Four of us went on the SoHo/Greenwich Village tour, expecting to visit 8 sites and sample food. WRONG!! We were in for the treat of a lifetime with our guide, Raheem. For over three hours we walked the streets of Greenwich Village and SoHo and learned history, architecture, culture, and all the hints of where to go, when to go, and what is special. As I feverishly took notes, I tried to mentally plan when we could come back for a few days so I could take advantage of the night time jazz and music scene, re-eat all the foods on the tour, and dine in the other restaurants we passed. We were given so much more on this tour than we expected. . .both in food for the body and food for the soul!! And by the way, the foods on the tour were a true treat, and we did return that evening to eat at one of the establishments we had visited. We were very warmly welcomed. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour, and try to choose a glorious April Saturday like we did!! |
