| rahmin was our guide and he was excellent!
the food was all scrumptious and couldn't have been better
we felt the pit stops where we didn't eat could have been a little shorter as we ran a lttle late
the cuban restaurant was a little rushed as we ordered mojitos and had to gulp down (but was worth it)
i'm looking forward to taking your other tours, especially the sushi
unfortunately, the standing only tours may be too much for us |

| This tour was wonderful . I booked it with some hesitation because I was afraid I would not like ethnic type food. Was I wrong!!! The food was great and our tour guide, Susan, was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about the Village and Soho, and lots of fun to be with. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have some fun, learn, and especially EAT. |

| We did it with a group of seven. We all thought it was a lot of fun. We enjoyed every tasting and found the guide very knowledgable. We all agreed that it was the best cheesecake we ever had! Each stop was unique and quaint. I highly recommend it and know that next year we will do it again. |

| One of our group was a city native, but found places she had never been. The rest of us don't get into NY very much and loved the variety and stories. |

| This was the second tour we took with Foods of NY, the first being the original Greenwich Village tour a few years ago. We enjoyed that one so much, we decided to go back for a "second helping," this time bringing an out-of-town guest. We all had a great time. Our guide, Susan, was friendly, informative and thoroughly professional. The tour runs like a Swiss watch, so precise that you have to stop and think about how much planning and organizing must go into it, to have each and every restaurant or shop prepared to greet and serve the group as soon as we arrive.
We are lifelong New Yorkers and my husband went to school at NYU, so we are no strangers to Greenwich Village, but New York is definitely a "work in progress" that can and should be visited with frequency. The food was varied, interesting, and of uniformly good quality. The Greenwich Village sights, from Washington Square Park to SoHo a real slice of New York. We even got to witness the finales of two different weddings - a little "extra" no one expected!
There are a lot of walking tours out there, but only one with FOOD; no contest! |

| We had a great time - we were 2 sets of parents (60 somethings) with our married children (late twenties) - the six of us loved the tour for so many reasons! The weather did not put a damper on our enthusiasm. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the guide was amazing. We will all go back to the places we visited. Everyone spent time trying to figure our favorite tasting and we all had more than one. This includes my daughter who is a vegetarian and me who doesn't eat pork (I went vegetarian for the day). Our guide was very knowledgeable and it was clear that he loved what he was doing and was most attentive to us.
We have all done the Chelsea Market and Village tours and this one is another great one. Thank you! |

| Even though we spend alot of time in the general area, this tour took us to places we don't normally frequent and introduced us to a new group of restaurants we can't wait to go back to! The food samplings were delicious and we weren't in need of food afterwards. The added historical information was something we never would have known if we just wandered around on our own- a great addition to the delicious food. It was a great way to spend 3 hours and we'll be looking into taking other tours from Foods of NY! |
