| Rahim was our tour guide and he was fantastic. Clearly knowledgeable and definitely came off like a pro, even though he'd only been doing this a few months. Also, he has a great relshp with the food vendors in the neighborhood, so it was really great to see that there are real people behind these establishments! Places we went to were great, as was the food at each. It was a good amount of food (not too much, not too little, fairly well spaced-out).
My only critique would be that it would be even better to make it a slightly smaller group (like a group of 10-12) so that we would be able to actually physically go in to some of these places (we got to go into some, but not all).
Otherwise, food tour was great, and I am definitely considering going on another. And kudos to Rahim - he was fabulous! |

| Loved it! Our guide, Rahim (sp?) was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. It was nice that he had experience with the restaurants we tasted at and seemed to know the proprieters well. The food was great! Cultural and historical info was very interesting! It was a little long (and cold), but otherwise thoroughly enjoyable! |

| We have taken many tours in the city, and we must say Raheem was the absolute perfect person to take us on this adventure. The food, the places, the knowledge was unbelievable. The history and info, plus the amount of food was just so much more than we ever imagined. The length of the tour was just right and all the places we visited were delicious. We can't wait to come back and take the sushi tour or whatever else Raheem does because we felt right at home with him as our guide. May everyone have as good a time as we did! |

| We had a wonderful time on this tour - Rahim was a delightful guide and I really can't say enough great things about him! If we had been staying in New York longer, we would have gone on many more of your tours. We have already recommended them to several people, including many of our friends who live in New York. I wouldn't change a thing! |

| i HIGHLY recommend taking this tour. We were lucky enough to have two tour guides that day, Raheem was the best of the two, the other lady, (I forget her name) was ok, but she had a harder time keeping my attention. The restaurants we sampled from were FABULOUS!! My children, ages 16, 11 and 9 thought it was fun and liked Monte's the best. Prepare to walk in rain or shine with comfy shoes. It was GREAT!!

| I have done the Greenwich village/Soho tour on my last trip to New York and I can say that it was one of the best tours I did in this city. We were 4 women with the tour guide, Rahim who was incredible by the way, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The guide talks about food, restaurants, history, cultures...he really did an awesome job of taking us into the village and talking about its history and the different cultures that cohabitate.
You go to different restaurants and have a small bite to eat in most of them. You have to be willing to experiment different kinds of foods because you eat indian, jamaican, italian and so on. It is really worth the money you pay for. We did over 3 hours and had plenty to eat. If you have been to the city many times before and you think you have seen it all, this is another way of seeing the city...through its food! |

| If you'd like to experience Greenwich Village like a true Village insider, I highly recommend you take this tour. Your guide, Raheem, is very knowledgeable and surprising thin for the amount of great food he has available to him during these tours! We had more than enough to eat and the variety and quality of the food we tasted was really remarkable. It was especially rewarding for those of us on the tour who live in NY, as we can take advantage of these establishments on a regular basis. We even had a few minutes to buy some of the products - I'm really enjoying the "The Heat is On" peanut butter I picked up while on our tour. Additionally, you learn so much about the history of The Village and SoHo and the people that shaped those neighborhoods over the years, the 3 hours fly by. Anyone that enjoys food and loves NY would find this a great experience. |

| Thought that there could have been more of the foods than the culture and history. we did your Chelsea tour a month prior and thought that was better, great! I think less places with more of a focus. Although we had a great time! |

| Our guide, barry, was upbeat, knowledgeable and interesting.
we appreciated hearing about the different venues and their histories.
the foods we sampled were tasty and in some cases flippling amazing!
fun facts, like how off-off-broadway, off-broadway and broadway differ--punctuated the dialogue!
we saw where dylan first performed, where allen ginsberg lived when he attended columbia, where joey (of friends) claimed to be his favorit eplace and tons more.
it was a cold day, and i ended up buying a hat, which made all the difference.
in fact, the only suggestion i'd make is that if it's cold out, and if there's a sunny area to stop at two feet away from a shadier area, the guide might consider that.
during the summer, the same would hold in the reverse.
all in all, if you're looking for a way to better appreciate this area of the city, take this tour.
we were visiting from out of town, but we had a local with us, and she will tap into some of the tour's highlights again and again.
we will revisit this area when we come to town again.
