| We had an amazing time. We truly wished the skies hadn't opened up and poured, because we know had wonderful Washington Square would've been in the sunshine, but the tastings were delicious, and Barri was so knowledgable! |

| We did not know what to expect on this food tour - having done nothing like it before .... we went into it with some trepidation. But the whole tour, the information, the style, the enthusiasm (to name but a few) made it a great experience. We had been to NYC before but, now feel like we really know a small corner in a hell of a lot of detail and can recommend to our British friends who come to visit your city. Great Stuff!! |

| This tour comes highly recommended by a native New Yorker who now lives in Virginia. There was a good mix of information both cultural, historical, as well as excellent food tastings from select locations along the way. The informaton on rest-
aurants, different shops , and specific entertainment spots will serve as a good resource for me when I return to Central Village and Soho in the future. The guide was both personable and knowledgeable and set a comfortable pace for all on this tour.I also liked the fact that we were given written informaton on the spots visited and the tour had a maximum of 16 people which made it easy to keep up with the guide and ask questoins. In a few short hours I felt that I really got to know this area and will be more at ease navigating this section of N.Y. and making better restaurant & eatery choices when I do frequent this area again. |

| My boyfriend and I are from New Jersey and decided to head into the city for the day. I was looking up a tour we could take and my parents recommended a Food and Culture Tour. This experience was wonderful! It was one of the hottest days of the year, and we still had an excellent time together. Learning about the culture of NY and sampling food from various places were highlights from this trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. I can't wait to do another food tour of NY! |

| Enjoyed the different locations we visited. Probably would not have sampled many of these foods on my own. Would likely revisit some, but not all. Still, it was good to have the exposure and the background. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I would recommend this to friends who have already experienced Chelsea Food Market or the Original Greenwich Village tour.
Thank you. |

| We really enjoyed our tour. We have been wanting to do this for the past few years & were not disappointed! The tasting was great but the weather was hot! There is something for everyone, although everyone will not enjoy everything. I personally love that area of New York best & wanted to show my friend so it was a good way to find out more information & history of Soho & Greenwich, as well as experience some very different food. I told a travel agent friend of mine to suggest it to her customers who intend to visit New York. It would have been nice to have time to stop for a drink along the way (at our cost), especially in the summer. Our guide was great! Thanks for a great time. |

| I HAVE DONE THE CHELSA MARKET TOUR WITH CINDY. LOVED IT!! THIS ONE DOES NOT COMPARE..
WE HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE AT MOST OF THE TASTINGS,THE FOOD WAS JUST O.K.. NO ONE WAS HAPPY WITH IT. THE FOOD IN THE MARKET WAS GREAT.
THE DAY WAS THE HOTEST OF THE YEAR. . NOT GOOD FOR OUTSIDE TASTINGS. WE FELT RUSHED. MAYBE THE GUIDE HAD TO MUCH AREA TO COVER. SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN PEOPLE LAGGED BEHIND..
I AM BRINGING A GROUP IN TO DO THE GREENWICH VILLAGE TOUR, I HOPE IT MEASURES UP TO THE CHELSA MARKET TOUR!! |

| I had a blast. It was such a wonderful delight to be on this tour. My friend and I enjoyed the architectural history about each site and the food was splendid. The tour guides really did a great job explaining everything and I learned alot about the history of many famous people and places from the past and present. I really had fun. Also now I know more about Soho, the Village and all the great comedy clubs and nightclubs that I hope to check out. I am going to tell all of my friends about this great event and I am sure they will enjoy it as much as I did. |

| Our guide(s) were well informed. They were not unfriendly, but could have been friendlier, such as inquiring about where participants were from and generally seeming more interested in them. Also, when planning August walks, stop at larger businesses so participants can go in to get the food, rather than having the guide(s) go in to get it. It was extremely hot the day of our walk and we did not get out of the heat nearly enough. We had some good sandwich-type foodsl, but the rest was mediocre. Our guide was overheard complaining to her trainee about people lagging behind etc. If I had heard that, she would not have gotten a tip. I know each walk is different with other guides and different food, so I will keep an open mind. I am going on another walk in a couple weeks. |
