| Diana was our host for the afternoon and her enthusiasm and knowledge of the food, the area, the history, and the retailers made the experience fantastic! |

| Great way to learn more about a different area of the city from a social, historical and gastronomical point of view. Informal, interesting and tasty! Thank you |

| Visiting NYC for the weekend from Boston, my husband and I wanted to do this tour - to get a sense of the history, culture, and architecture of Greenwich Village. This was one fabulous tour and absolutley surpassed our expectations!!
Our guide, Suzie, knew her stuff - both in terms of the local merchants, local history, and the 'Who's Who' of some of the precious gems of the Village and she is an excellent storyteller. But above all - the food stops - restaurants and deli's were outstanding!! It is essential to be hungry when you start this tour because in the course of the stops - you certainly eat more food than one would in an average meal. In fact - even though we wanted to have dinner at one of the restaurants Sat night - - we did not even eat dinner that evening! But on Sunday - we knew right where we wanted to go. I am sharing these discoveries with only my closest friends.
We purchased one sausage at the meat market we had visited and most certainly should have purchased more!
This tour is fun, informative, a great value - and absolutley delicious!!! A gem in itself~ THE perfect way to spend 3 hours on a saturday. Highly recommended!
Thank you!! |

| This was my third food tour. Having thoroughly enjoyed the West End of the Village tour and the Chelsea Market tour, I was confident that this tour would follow suit. I think this might even be my favorite food tour. Susan was our tour guide and my favorite of the three guides. As the Chinese and Japanese tours don't interest me, I saddened that there aren't more for me. If you expand, I'd be interested. You succeed in welcoming a stranger into the intimacies of a neighborhood. I have returned many times to these neighborhoods and have introduced other friends to the wonderful eateries, shops and bits of history that you introduced me to. As I know many people who don't often venture to NYC because it seems an overwhelmning experience to them, I recommend your food tours. |

| Our tour guide Susan couldn't have been more knowledgeable and friendlier. This tour is great because it combines a lesson in history with a bit of the local food thrown in as well. Although we did not go very far -- we stayed within a 6 block radius -- we did walk around quite a bit and we were certainly tired at the end of the day. Sampling food from 7 different establishments that I'd never been to before (even as a local) was delightful. My sister and I took our mother for her birthday and she loved it. I am looking forward to trying another Foods of NY tour in a different area... perhaps Chinatown next. Thanks for a great day! |

| This was my 4th food tour with this company. I have enjoyed all of them. If you like to eat and try new food dishes, this is for you! I took my family from out of town on this tour and everyone said they had a good time. In addition to food, you do learn about culture of the neighborhoods, both past and present. The first 3 tour guides I had were AMAZING-lots of energy and made everyone feel welcome. Real professionals. The last tour guide we had was okay. She didn't have the positive energy like the rest of the experiences I've had with the company. It wouldn't deter me from taking another tour with them-she was still informative. |

| We did the Greenwich Village - Soho tour and were totally thrilled with it. When I booked it I was afraid it might be a bit cheezy and inauthentic, but thought we'd give it a shot anyway. I knew from the first stop that we were in for a good day. The food we ate at the Indian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the other diners in the restaurant were from Mumbai, so it was clearly an authentic place! All of the other sites were terrific too - almost all locally owned for generations by the same family. It really felt like we were getting an insider's glimpse into the neighborhood food scene. Our guide was great - a young guy that knew his history and his food. And the other people in our group were sophisticated and polite, so it didn't feel like you were being dragged around with some huge obnoxious tour group. I would reccomend the tour to anyone! |

| This was our third tour, and they just keep getting better. The variation (and amount) of tastings were terrific! Tasty and informative - - does it get any better than this? |
