Great Guide, lots of good food

A really interesting tour with lots of yummy tastings. Don't eat lunch! And you may not want dinner either, as the amounts are quite generous. Good variety of food, good pace with some stops long enough to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant and relax. Susan was a wonderful guide!

Better Than Expected

It was a great day. The weather was perfect, the tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, the food was better than expected !!! I wasn't aware that we would get such a history lesson. I loved the neighborhood of the tour. It was a perfect way to spend 3 hours in NYC and I believe it to be a bargain. Thanks.

Susan was our guide and I thought she was perfect - a really good storyteller. She brought Central Village to life for us and had so much knowledge and humour, a real gem. At first I wondered if three hours might be too long, but it wasn't. The stopping and hanging out in eateries was brilliant, the food was excellent and we met some good characters within our group. Places that stand out were the indian street food, Rafetto's pasta, Joe's Dairy, the Hemingway Cuban hangout (possible the best mojitos I've had, and I've sampled rather a few), Rbbts. I am sending some friends who are going to Manahattan in a couple of weeks, I can't urge you enough to do it!

IWonderful Experience

Since my friend and I have taken this tour before and loved it, we decided to do it again. This time, I brought my husband and she invited her boyfriend. Everyone truly enjoyed the tour and our guide, Susan, was great. Highly recommend this tour - the eateries are fantastic together with the history and culture. Two thumbs up!!!

Fantastic food tour thru the Central Village/SoHo District. Hard to pick a favorite of the food offerings. Every sampling was excellent. Our guide, Barri, was wealth of knowledge about the area.

What a perfect afternoon we had on our food/cultural tour of the central Village and SoHo! It was everything we'd hoped for and MORE. We learned so much, loved the food, and totally felt like we were seeing the real NYC. Our tourguide, Barri, was excellent - full of info and with a great New York personality! Throughout the tour, and certainly afterwards, my 5 friends and I couldn't quit raving about the tour. We'll all definitely take more tours when we return to New York.
