We had a beautiful Spring day for our tour so walking the streets of Greenwich village was very pleasant. The guide was very knowledgable and shared the interesting history of the Village as we walked. The food we ate was delicious and plentiful and our guides knowledge of the restaurants history made it interesting as well. The tour was well worth the money!

Everything from our guide (Reheem) to all of our stops was awesome. The tour felt very personalized even though there were 14 of us. Totally worth the time and $$$ investment. This was our 3rd tour and we are looking forward to our next trip to NYC for our 4th. What an incredible way to taste and understand the neighborhood. Thank you. Looking forward to our next tour! We spent a pleasant three hours touring SOHO. there were about 12 people in the group, small enough to engage in different conversions. It was a thoughtful tour with a delightful guide. She was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone's questions. the food tasting was excellent with a variety of tastes ending with a great chocolate tart. 'We highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in history and trying different foods. The three hours flew by!

Great Food and Interesting History of the Area

Our tour guide Susan was from the Village. Her explanations of the area's history as well as some of her own personal experiences made the tour very enjoyable. A good tour guide is what makes a tour enjoyable and Susan was fantastic. She took us to some great eating places. The portions were larger than most of the other food tours we have been on. Even many of the foods we sampled had an interesting history. There is nothing more to say--Good food and a great tour guide (Susan) made the tour an exceptional value.

Our Central Village / SoHo "event" was a definite highlight of our visit to NYC. Big credit goes to Raheem who expertly guided us around Greenwich Village and SoHo. Anyone can take you on a tour of places; It takes a Raheem to make it an experience. We chose this particular tour because of the variety it offered. It didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the samples of Italian, Cuban, and Indian. It was not only delicious but educational as well. Most of all we enjoyed the history and backstories that Raheem shared. I have a whole new appreciation for the Village and SoHo.

Went on this tour expecting to be eating too much food and thats all. Turned out to be pretty interesting because they also explained the history of the places and we got to have a nice walk. The food tour won't get you stuffed but you will have enough food to be satisfied. In addition you get a better sense of places you may want to come back to in the near future. Shortly after my group of friends went to Peter Luger! Mistake or best idea ever ?!

We really enjoyed Susan as our tour leader. She provided a wealth of knowledge on the area as well as on the food itself. Her passion for the culture, history and food allowed us to experience it on a unique level. Her attitude was diffidently contagious. Would recommend everyone to learn and enjoy NYC on this level.

Susan was our guide, and she really knows the village. Lots of food on this tour, with two sit down stops, which is nice. The mortadella sandwich was terrific, as was the fresh mozzerella from Joe's Dairy. The other food was average. My wife loved the dessert stop. Always like hearing about architecture and local lore, urban myths. Also did the original village tour last year... liked that one better, but you ate more food on this tour.

The area covered was relatively small (a few streets/couple of blocks) but was a really good insight not only into the food on offer but also a little history of the area. Food tasting was also very good a a touch of the history of the area too (from the original Italian roots to the later influences of Indian and French pastry). Recommend as a couple of hours well spent

Nice choice of restaurants to sample; learned facts about the Village that my daughter (who has lived in NYC for almost 10 years didn't know.
