Central Village/SoHo Food & Culture Tour

My husband and I had a great time on the Central Village/SoHo tour. The tour guide, Raheem, really made this tour extra special. He was energetic, fascinating, considerate, and personable, and boy, did he know his stuff!! We visited several places, some to taste and some just for information, and he knew a great deal about all of these places---in fact, he obviously deals with these places personally. We will be signing up for another food tour from this company this spring.

Our tour leader Raquim was exceptional. His friendliness and knowledge of local cuisine was outstanding. It was an amazing experience.

Second time around for me...I liked the tour so much I wanted my daughter to expereince. Such a wonderful way to learn about the neighborhoods and what they have to offer. excellent food tastings...each time we visit the city we include a food tour as a part our experience!

My daughter and I went to NYC to celebrate her 40th birthday. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip - in fact, we went back the next day and had a wonderful meal at one of the restaurants featured on the tour. Would take it again - and highly recommend it to all.

I signed up for 6 of us to do the SoHo tour. This is the 3rd we have been on. I loved the day and the tour director Susan. Very friendly, informative and very professional. I will be coming back and we all enjoyed the trip so much. We cannot wait to go into the city and visit some of the restuarants ourselves. This is our third tour, each different and each delightful. We would do this again any time and recommend to everyong. We were part of your E.Village and Soho tour last Saturday. I have not stopped talking about what a great time the 5 of us had. The exuberance of our tour guide-the facts we learned- the food we tasted were all enjoyable. Even the weather cooperated! You can't ask for more for your money-We look forward to trying another one soon!

Tour stops were very interesting. Guide was knowledgeable. Like the size of the group which was manageable.

This is the second "foodie" tour we've taken with you, and both were great. This Central Village/Soho tour was beyond our expectations. Rashid was our host and did quite an amazing job informing, amusing, and increasing our enjoyment of the various food tastings. The variety of foods was impressive - Italian, Cuban, specialty desserts - and don't plan on dinner that evening. We were also delighted with the history of the area that Rashid imparted on our walking tour. The area is rich is architectural and pop history, all of which Rashid delivered in a fun and personable way. We had invited a New Yorker as our guest, and she was most impressed! We also were given information about shops and restaurants that were not strictly on the tour. My husband and I returned to The Village the next day, and felt perfectly acclimated and comfortable wandering the area. We went to Cafe Minetta for lunch which was a treat! Add that to your list to visit; the restaurant is cozy, food and service quite exceptional. We will certainly plan another outing when next in New York.
