| We thoroughly enjoyed our food walking tour. Although the weather was frigid (especially since we are Floridians), the movement and the in-and-out nature of the tour kept us comfortable. Our guide also sought the sunny side of the street whenever possible. His tales of the neighborhood and former residents enhanced the experience for us. The food was tasty and plentiful (we wished we had eaten breakfast earlier or not at all). We appreciated the handout with all of the places and others in the area that we did not visit very much - it will be easy to visit again or try something new from this list. It was fun, interesting, and we learned something! |

| My younger sister did a similar tour last summer and recommended a new york city food tour. My group and I thoroughly enjoyed this event. Our tour guide (Raheem) was such a food lover, so enthusiastic about everything he was saying it might have made the food even more delicious. I can't imagine having any other tour guide. The food was delicious, the time in between tastings was perfect (you actually get full). Perfect number of bathroom breaks, the free water was very appreciated. Our tour guide even had napkins!! I am planning on going again this spring. |

| My fiance is not very fond of going to the city, (from NJ) but he enjoyed himself! Despite the weather, this was a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Our tour guide's enthusiasm made the difference. |

| Enjoyed the mix of food and information about the area. I wish we could do this in other cities in the States and in Europe. |

| We were first timers to New York and found it both informative culturally / historically and a great way to try before you buy when it comes to the cafes and restaurants in the village.
Next time we come, we are going to stay in this area rather than in Times Square as it is packed with the restaurants and cafes we love.
Susan, our guide, was excellent. She is a lifetime New Yorker and had a wealth of information about the history and culture of the area and the food that relates to it.
We would definitely recommend this as a must do experience for food lovers. |

| An excellent opportunity to explore the city. Great for locals and tourists. An awesome way to spend a day with friends. Make sure to dress warmly if you are doing a tour during the Winter. |

| We enjoyed this tour. The guide was friendly and explained a lot of the history of the area and the restaurants we ate at. He also took us to some historic bars/nightclubs where many litereary, music and comedy legends have performed.
We didn't get to sit down at every place, but the food was great. My favorite stop was the Cuban restaurant! |

| Though the weather was terrible, my dad and I enjoyed it. We had been to the area the day before, but the tour brought that area to life, no question about it.
Since we went right after xmas, some of the places were closed as one might expect. I guess more alternative destinations would have been welcomed though the tour guide did provide substitute locations.
I am recommending to a family member that is visiting the area in a few months. Without question, this was a highlight. |

| Susan, our guide, was wonderful and the food we experienced was very good, so much so we went to Monties for dinner that night. A pleasant evening for 12. We did have a negative experience regarding a Jazz bar - "Next Door" I think it was called, where they rejected our "application" to sit in the tiny Jazz area as we were such a large group, even when I pointed out they had enough seating. Never mind, we went off to Cafe Wha instead. Great music of a different sort. Once again, thank you Susan for your professionalism. |

| We brought our 15yo along for the tour, and were thrilled that she enjoyed the tour as much as we did. Our tour guide was a local, and strove to make our tour informative, interesting and fun. The food tasting were first class and we recommend this to all ages, and walks of life. (We went back to one of the restaurants before we finished our holiday). Though it had been snowing, and could have been uncomfortable, at all times our comfort and safety was of concern. Well done!!! |
