Couple on a Date |
| My husband and I decided to go to NYC on June 6th to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary! We wet to Italy last year and have an appreciation for food and history. This was perfect! Mike was our guide and he was filled with fantastic stories. The time flew by! Everything worked like clock work. We never waited for food. We met so many wonderful people and we got to see, eat, and learn about a place in NYC that we never knew much about! WE highly recommend this tour and we will be spreading the praise. We can't wait to go back! And Mike was just great! He really enjoys his job you can tell. And he is so good at it!
Thank you

| Our guide, Michael, was excellent, very informative. The tour is a definite must for anyone interested in knowing more of the history of the village. The local food was authentic and amazing. Highly recommend. I can't wait for my next trip to the city to do another tour. |

| My husband, three teenage daughters, and I had a great time. The food was delicious and the historical facts and trivia were interesting and fun. Lots of great suggestions on resturants we will definitely be visiting in the future. |

| Really liked it, but might throw a glass of wine or a beer in, along with maybe some fries or something from 86 bedford. My husband is a med size guy and he could have eaten quite a bit more w/o stuffing himself. |

| We had a blast, our tour guide, Curt, was awesome! He knew the area very well and kept us entertained with little "tid bits" of information that we would have never found out on our own. I had bought this tour for one of my close friends for Christmas and she later told me that it was the best gifts I have ever given her in the 8 years of our friendship! We have made plans to do the Chelsea Market tour sometime in June and plan on inviting 2 other friends to come along. Thank you so much for this awesome experience and we will see you again!!! |

| I took this tour for the first time 3 years ago with my girl friend and enjoyed so much that I knew when my husband and I were going to be visiting NYC, that I had to take him on the tour too. It was just as enjoyable the second time and worth every cent! I tell everyone I know that if they are visiting NYC that they have to take the tour. |

| This tour was the highlight of our trip to New York. Our hostess, Bari, was excellent. She was a wealth of information and shared her knowledge with us. I found the whole tour to be informative, interesting and fun. It was wonderful to see the back streets of Greenwich Village and hear about the history and some of the people who live there today. The food was an added bonus. Everything was delicious. Our only regret was that we hadn't taken this tour first so we could have returned to Greenwich Village to enjoy all the fine restaurants and visit the shops. Unfortunately, we were returning home later in the day. When we return to New York City, we will take the tour again and perhaps even make Greenwich Village our base. I also look forward to taking other tours offered by Verve / Foods of New York. I work in the travel industry in Hamilton, Ontario and plan to recommend this tour to everyone and anyone who is interested and even those who are not! Thank you for offering such a wonderful tour and our sincerest thanks to our hostess. |
