| Our guide was excellent; knowledgeable about the history, architecture, culture and restaurants within the Village. The food samplings were tasty and gave us a good idea of restaurants we will definitely want to revisit on our own. Getting to the Starting Point via subway was easy from anywhere within the City. We will probably sign up for similar tours by this organization in other districts within the City. |

| Being new visitors to New York City, we wanted a tour that put us on the street to sample the foods of Greenwich Village and get a 'feel' for the area. This tour more than met our expectations. Directions to the meeting point where clear and the guide, a local girl, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We covered several blocks on foot for the culture and history of the area while sampling a variety of local fare, each stop a fun taste treat. That evening we returned to Cornelia Street for dinner at Le Gigot, one of the guide's recommended restaurants. We were delighted with the choice. Two thumbs up for all of it! |

| My girlfriends and I spent 5 days in NYC. Our food tour in Greenwich Village was one of our favorite activities for the week! We loved the sample treats, the history, and the walking!! Just great! Loved our tour guide...really excellent! |

| I really enjoyed this tour of the Greenwich Village area. Our tour guide was enthuastic, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and food venues. Everything was very contained and there was not too much walking between places. The food was delicious and the history of the area very interesting. I would recommend this tour to other NY visitors. |

| While i did enjoy the day, the cost was expensive for what you got.
The guide was nice (Heather) and kept the tour going at a reasonable pace. Was informative, and we tipped accordingly.
The food stops were not great value and it would have been nice to sample some coffee.
You should drop the visit to the spice herb shop as it is old, dirty and full of garbage (and wandering cats for people allergic to cats !)
Considering the number of eateries oin the area, a few more food stops and food tastings would be preferred.
Overall an interesting tour, but not great value for money. |

| Interesting and different tour, with a guide that was full of enthusiasm. Only comment would be - I expected a little more food (and with dessert at the end, not in the middle). |

| This tour was so much fun and so informative. Our guide, Cindy, was awesome. She was funny, super-enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. It was like taking the tour with a friend.
I had no idea Greenwich VIllage was so beautiful. I cannot wait to come back and eat at the places we sampled and/or the ones she pointed out. I also want to take more of Foods of NY tours.
We really didn't know what to expect and were very pleasantly suprised how much we loved it. |
