We loved our tour. Our tour guide Curt was personable, knowledeable and very enthusiastic. There was way more food than we expected and it was all delicious. We learned alot about the area and would overall highly recommend this tour. |

A guided tour is only as good as its guide- ours (Curt) was fabulous - performer, historian, connoisseur, and humorist, all rolled into one. He remembered all of our names as well as where we were from! Having just arrived in New York only hours before the tour, it was great to become familiar with the neighborhood and find restaurants where we would dine for the next two evenings. Also fun to have our guide take us to places we would never have found ourselves. The food was wonderful - varied & plentiful. If you only have 3 hours in New York - spend it on this tour. We would do it again in a New York minute! |

This tour was terrific - informative about the village, from someone who should know - a long time resident and true lover of Greenwich village. His enthusiasm was infectious! He gave us insider information, which made the tour more meaningful. The foods were delicious and just right. Very accomodating for restroom needs. We cannot wait to go back to the Village to experience the restaurants and merchants more, in the future. We had a nice, small group (maybe 15 or so) which was great. |

Loved the tour!! Ed, our tour guide, was great!! 12 year old twin daughters enjoyed tour and Ed was able to keep their attention thoughout the tour. |

Three generations of family women took this tour together. It was the high light of our trip to NYC! Our tour guide Ed was fantastic. The food and shops we visited were wonderful. We learned so much about Greenwich Village. We will be back to visit NYC and we will also be back to take another food tour. |

Our Greenwich Village Tour was conducted by Michael, a Village resident for many years. This was not a typical tour with a tour guide rattling off facts, figures and statistics. It was like walking around the city with a friend pointing out places he goes to, dines at, and hangs out in. His knowledge of the history of the Village and the impact its residents had on society was impressive. The food was great and we’ll be back soon. I strongly recommend this tour. |

Food was great as was information about the history of Greenwich Village. Didn't care for tour guide (Mike). He came off as condescending and though you expected lame jokes, his were particularly lame.
At one point, he had the group in a restaurant both indoors and out, and forgot about the group that was still inside. We had to catch up on our own. |

I went on the first tour last summer with my nieces, I loved it so much and talked about it so much I purchased tickets for my husband and me. Again, loved the food and the information about old New York. The tour guide was great and knowledgable, but the first tour guide was a "true" New Yorker and enjoyed her jokes and stories more. I think a tour guide from New York is more what tourist are looking for. My husband enjoyed the tour and couldn't compare it with another and he had fun! I would go again when company comes in from out of town but will request a "New Yorker".
Worth the money, for sure.

Three female friends toured with our three college-aged daughters and had a fantastic afternoon, despite the downpour! Our tour guide, Michael (Karp?) was extremely interesting and knowledgeable about the Village we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Having grown up in NYC, I learned quite a bit myself. The food was great, and the local shopowners and staff were extremely welcoming. Well worth the money. Three hours went way too fast and all of us agreed we would come again and bring the spouses/boyfriends! |
