| Funny how our trip, which included helicopter rides and Broadway shows could really be topped by such a wonderful tour. Michael, our guide, was excellent. He was both informative and casual. The food was great but his deep knowledge and appreciation for the Greenwich Village culture was inspiring.
The trip involved myself and my two teenage daughters. We *all* enjoyed the tour. And that really says it all.
Thanks! |

| By the end of the tour we all felt sick from all the carbs, altho, we did enjoy every bite of it. It was my 2nd time and I did enjoy the 1st time better due to the guide. I would leave out Aphrodisia - too weird for most people. Maybe include some side street clothing, boutique shops? All in all, a very nice overview of Greenwich. |

| We took the Greenwich Village tour on what turned out to be a very wet September day but the rain was only a very minor inconvenience as our guide knew every shelter along the way.
The food was delicious and there was a good rapport between the guide and the businesses we visited - many of the host venues welcoming us in to sit although we had expected to eat stabding up.
I would recommend the tour to anybody interested in getting an overview of the history and culture of the village while sampling more than generous tastings of the local specialities. |

| The tour was really nice, as was the tour guide, Barri. Really enjoyed learning a bit about the history of Greenwich Village. I've recommended the tour to others already. Only one comment:
The food provided on the tour, while tasty and of very good quality, was of a similar genre (eg: pizza, fried, high in fat). Perhaps a sampling of a less heavy dish could be substituted for one of the pizza slices, an italian soup or a salad for instance. |

| Great knowledge about the village, plus LOTS of tasty food. We were definitely full when we left. It's the third time I've done the tour and it is different and interesting every time. |

| Our tour lasted almost 4 hours and every minute was interesting and/or delicious! We live in NJ but even though we are locals this was informative and interesting for us, as well as for the out-of-towners also on the tour. The guide was extremely well informed and had a great sense of humor too; probably the best guide I'd ever had. The time flew. It was a birthday gift for a friend and she loved it too. Would recommend it for any occasion and for everyone; makes me want to go back to the Village and revisit the stores and restaurants we saw. |

| Could not have found all this out with just a guide book. We are likely to return to NY (sister-in-law now lives there) inside 6 months and will certainly take one of the other tours next time. With only 3 days and one set aside for the theatre we did not have the chance to eat at any of the recommended places - we would need the next 2-3 months to fit them all in. Our guide had a favourite item on the menu of every restaurant and you just wanted to go back.
I wish they had similar tours in other cities. |

Highly recommend!

| We had a wonderful time on this tour of the Greenwich village. Its a three hour tour but we did'nt even notice the time. Our guide was very pleasant and funny. He gave us so much insight into the history and culture of the village, we sampled alot of delicious food from pizza to cheeses to chocolates to dona kebabs to olive oil from all the mom and pop restaurants in the area. IAfter the tour, we bought our supply of olive oil from O & Co and had gelato from a shop right next to Bleeker Street Pizza- delicious! Oh and the pizza from Bleeker Street Pizza which we had on the tour - hmmmm good!! This is a must do tour for those wanting to do something a little off the beaten path in NYC. |

| What a great way to spend an afternoon. The food was excellent and the historical info was a great addition. If you are not familiar with the village this is a great way to get your bearings for future trips. |
