| This was a good mix of information, site seeeing and food. The info about the restaurants we didn't visit was good - I'll definitely try some of them. The places we visited were great, as was the food. I also enjoyed the historical information. Our guide (I think Marie?) was personable and knowlegdable.
I have 2 suggestions:
. Shorten the intro. People get restless and want to get started
. Skip the big cookie in the middle or warn people that they might want to save if for later. It was delicious, and I ate all of mine right away. I was too full to really enjoy all that came after. |

| This tour is not just for people who enjoy food. I found the tour guide to be very informative about the area. This was an excellent way to explore an area that I was unfamiliar with and learn about the culture, food and history. I will definately go on another culinary tour!! |

| Great way to explore an area that you might otherwise overlook. Our guide was funny, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of the area. When our group was finished with the tour,we all agreed that we all had a good time and some good food. Go back for the whole pizza! |

| First time in NYC and staying in hustle/bustle uptown Manhattan where all the touristy sights and sounds are located, this tour was a refreshing change! It was recommended by my x-daughter-in-law, who lives in Brooklyn. She and her mother came with me on this eating/walking tour. What a fun and enjoyable morning we spent as we had a glimpse of Greenwich Village with its large choice of small intimate restaurants, shops and markets. The food was varied and tasty. Our guide Kurt was enthusiastic, very funny and knowledgeable about the area as we walked around the nearby neighborhood. Our three hours passed so quickly and we were disappointed when the tour came to an end. I enthusiastically recommend this tour! It was well planned, organized and expedited. It was an added bonus to receive the booklet with discount coupons and a list of restaurants in the area.
My daughter and I are coming to NYC in December and we will be signing up for this tour. Is there anyway to request my same guide??
Thanx so much for a really fun last day in NYC! |

| We had a wonderful time exploring Greenwich Village with our tour guide, Barri. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of food offered. A good variety was enjoyed by the group. Well paced tour, with plenty of bathroom breaks. Don't let the 3 hours scare you away -- it goes by so fast. We are former New Yorkers and had never experienced GV in this manner. |

| The tour didn't cover much space geopraphically, bit it filled me up. I enjoyed learning about different food processes (about cheese, pizza, etc.) while learning about the local history and architecture. The food tasting were well thoughtout and tasty. I am looking forward to my next visit to the Village so I can experience more of the restaurant's menus that we sampled. |

| I thought the tour was great. I live in new york so i thought it useful to get a lot of recommendations of places I'd like to go back to. If you are a tourist I would do this as one of your first days here in NY. I thought it was very informative. The only thing I would have changed is made some of the tastings a little healthier to balance out all the cheese, fried stuff and sweet stuff. |

| We really enjoyed our tour. The guide, Kurt, was really entertaining. He gave all sorts of information from really important stuff to complete trivia (really funny stuff!), all of which added to our enjoyment of the tour. We felt we had seen all the bits that we would have wanted to see if we were on our own, without the hassle of finding places on our own.
We loved tasting everything and have tried to replicate some of the recipes at home. We returned to one of the restaurants in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Kurt did well trying to remember our names: Jane, John, Jean, Jan, Jen ...... aagh !
We would definitely take another tour if we come back to New York. |
