Enjoyed the history/culture very much and all the food was great. Plenty for lunch, just spread out over several hours. Found some great gift ideas too! KariAnn was a great tour guide--very knowledgable and personable and kept up a good pace. |

This is a wonderful tour. Not only do you get great tastes of food but you get history of the area, interesting stories and the groups are small so you make new friends. The three hours went so quickly and I had more to eat than I usually do at lunch time. I highly recommend this tour! |

We enjoyed the tour and we learned insights about Greenwich Village we did not know. Not only did we enjoy test tasting at the different stops, we also enjoyed learning about the history of Greenwhich Village. We went the first day we arrived on our trip and went back several times to visit different restaurants that we learned about on our tour. We had an exceptional tour guide that had great knowledge, fun to be around and very entertaining. |

The tastings were more than adequate, and encouraged us to return to the area to eat..We returned to Le Gigot for their famous crab cakes . |

It was a great tour. The guide was knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. I learned a lot about the history and buildings of the area. There was a lot more food than I was expecting but I managed to try it all. |

Our tour guide Heather kept us well informed of our surroundings with enthusiastic
offerings of great food, area history and present day facts during this well-paced walking tour. It was great to get some insight on this area that we only explored on our own previously. We live in Connecticut and enjoy coming to New York to explore. This is our fourth tour with this company and all were a great experience. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been on food tours in a lot of other cities including San Francisco, San Antonio, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc. This food tour in Greenwich Village/NYC was not only more expensive than the other food tours, but I was completely surprised that most of the time spent was on the history of the city with a piece of salami or bread thrown in from time to time. There is NO WAY you could have considered "being so full from the tour you will not need lunch." After almost all of the stops made for "food" tastings, again just bread and salami with a quarter slice of pizza, my husband and I left the tour to go get some food as we were so dissappointed and heard that there was not much left to the tour except for more city history and a cookie. VERY dissappointed. I had already planned a full city tour for the next day so did not care about hours worth of data about the Village, just wanted to try some great restaurants. They also mentioned the best pizza in town was John's Pizza yet they did not take us there! Not happy, not recommended! |
