Our tour guide, Michael, was terrific. Obviously he enjoys doing the tour and has tremendous knowledge regarding Greenwich Village. We enjoyed all of the stops evethough it was raining and we would definitely do another culinary tour someday, perhaps in another neighborhood, i.e. Little Italy or Chinatown. We would recommend this tour to our family and friends.

Our tour guide was both incredibly entertaining and extemely knowledgeable. All the foods we tasted were excellent, and the guide's insite left us with many places to try next time we come to NYC. We HIGHLY recommend this tour for anyone, including locals, because of the wonderful insight provided by our guide.

The knowledge of the group leader was amazing. As a native New Yorker (who thinks she knows it all about New York) I was amazed at the breadth of Michael's knowledge. The places selected were fascinating - loaded with history and intrigue. I would whole heartedly recommend this tour to anyone interested in New York.

It was a swell tour of the area. We enjoyed all of the historical facts as well as the culinary insights. It was very well organized and we returned to some of the shops to make some purchases.

Not very informative, except for Chumney's....the guide was pleasant but spoke in generalities....wouldn't recommend it.

The tour was very interesting. Our guide had many wonderful personal stories to share along with the historical/cultural part of the tour. Unfortunately it was raining and cold and the tour went 3 1/2 hours instead of 3 . If it had been a beautiful day this would have been fine. Also, because it was a Saturday, the stores were mobed and it was hard to fit all of us inside to enjoy the unique features. I would suggest you cut the number of participants down to 8. That way everyone can enjoy themselves inside as well as hear the guide outside. We did eat at one of the restaurants after the tour and it was wonderful!! I would recommend this tour to friends, however, I would tell them to go in the spring! I will definitely be back to explore this part of New York again!

Mike, our guide was excellent, not only from a knowledge point, but from a personality, patience and humor point. The food stops were great.

I learned a lot about Greenwich Village. I recommend this activity who wants to learn about the area. I just wished that there was not as many children on our walking tour.

I thought that our tour guide was extremely knowledgable about the Greenwich village area. He gave us some amazing facts about the area and knew alot of the folks we saw on the street. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know about the history of this area. The only thing was it went very long and with kids that wasn't a good thing. Also the tastings were very small and an hour apart, our kids were hungry by 3pm. However, they did learn alot of history. THis is more of a history and culture tour than a food tasting really. We thought it was the reverse.

I had a great time! The tour guide (Cindy) was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We enjoyed delicious food, learned about the Village and I was able to come back to the Village several days later, find my way around and enjoy more good food. I will definitely do the Chelsea and Meatpacking District tours next time I am in NY.
