| Kurt was affable, informative, easy to be with, and really likes his job, or else he's a great actor.
He was a bit a bit "over-the-top" (in a nice sort of way) with his continued reference to people by name just for showing he could memorize the name, rather then whether the person had anything to do with the statement.
There seemed to be an inference that everyone "was from Kansas," and that no one knew anything about the Village (I grew up in Jersey, am 70 years old, and was doing the Village jazz and folk music scene in the late 50's), and that New Yorkers are a tad more sophisticated that everyone else. In San Diego, we have awesome spice shops, incredible Japanese cuisine, several chocolatiers, etc.. that could compete with what we experience on the tour (but not the pizza! ).
Interesting that we needed to request chop sticks at the Japansese vegetarian restaurant. Not sure if forks only is their usual set-up, or whether it was for the "ousiders" on the your.
It was intriguing to re-visit areas that I once haunted, and learn "the story behind the story." Great stuff.
We would heartly recommend this to any one! |

| We had a great tour guide whose name was Kurt. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and there was a wide variety of food. He provided lots of history of the area so we learned as well as ate. The 3 hours flew by. I would recommend the tour to anyone visiting New York. Kurt knew everyone's name by the time we started the tour which made it more personal. It was a great day. |

| This tour has become one of my most favorite memories of NYC. Where else can you get amazing food, a great tour guide and an awesome learning experience that's well worth the ticket price? Also Sephra was awesome. We were lucky to have her as our tour guide, she's so laid back! |

| Food was great at all stops. Tour guide (Cindy) was friendly, enthusiastic, and very well-informed, delivering detailed info about the restaurants we visited, the food we ate, and the history of the neighborhoods we walked through. It takes about three hours and you won't need to eat lunch. I definitely would recommend this food tour; now that we've done this one, next time we go to NYC we will take one the other food tours offered by the same company. |

| My wife and daughter, who is from out of town, went on the tour. There is so much more to NYC than just Times Square! Their guide, Cindy, helped them explore an area off the beaten path and they had so much fun! They said the tastings were great and they came away satisfied!.....There was no need to eat after the tour was over...at least for a while! |

| Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We took my elderly dad who has trouble walking and it was slow enough that he could walk with. The food combinations were good and the weather was nice. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to others to see the Greenwich village and the history of the area. |

| Hi
I thought the tour was great and I really enjoyed our tour guide Sefra. She was very informative, inclusive, and fun. I loved learning about the neighborhood that I recently moved to. The selection of food was great, and accommodating for vegetarians, but it would have been nice to visit more places like Centro and Palma, rather than a pizza place (though it was good).
The price of the tour is on the high end and I think that I would recommend it to more friends (and take other tours in other neighborhoods) if it was less than $30. This is especially true since the tour group is fairly large. |

| We really enjoyed this tour. Not only did we get to try food that we'd never had (or seen before), we got a guide who was entertaining and informative. Highly recommended. |

| The Greenwich Village Food Tour was one of the highlights of my trip to NYC. Cindy is a knowledgeable, humourous guide who clearly enjoys what she does and believes in the businesses she endorses throughout the tour. I learned so much about this district of NYC and appreciated the stories that she shared with us. The quality of the food was excellent, and I enjoyed tasting some items for the first time. The size of the group was ideal for not only gathering on the sidewalks and visiting the shops/restaurants, but also interacting with one another. If we had had the time during our visit to NYC, we would have returned to the Village for a meal at one of the restaurants highlighted on the tour. We are already looking forward to our next food tour when we visit NYC in the future. Overall, this was a great experience that I will recommend to friends visiting New York City. |

| Th tour was a good way for us to find our way around the besy shops and restaurants in the area. Wish w had done it a little earlier on our weeks holiday. Marie was very knowledgeable about the area. The crispy artichokes were fab and the pancetta risotto lovely, though the more traditional tastings of cheeses, pizza and cookies also great. Walter the chef very amenable despite hving been up all hours preparing for nyc fashion week food. Enough food provided to feel like have grazed over a long lunch and a nice walk around to get to know the area. |
