My husband & I enjoyed this walking,food tasting tour of Greenwich Village. I expected to do more walking.The tour seemed to cover only a 6 block area. but Barri was very knowlegdble and informative.

The tour provided not only great food tastings but a bit of history and architecture as well. What better way to learn than while you're eating! I was in a group of seven friends and we all had a great time, thank you!

Our tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the history and people of the area. Food was delicious at every stop. Weather cooperated so the walk was lovely.

A marvellous overview of Greenwich Village

This tour is a wonderful way of getting to know a fascinating neighbourhood. Not only are the food tastings delicious (and very filling), but the historical background gives a glimpse of how the area developed into what we can see today. So many buildings have a story to tell - the architectural and cultural roots come alive in a very graphic way. Our guide, Marie, has an intimate knowledge of the Village and had beguiling nuggets of information to share with us and many colourful anecdotes. I will go back to Greenwich on my next trip to New York.

Great overview of the area eateries

My daughter and I had a great time on our tour with Heather. The food samplings were all interesting and tasty and some great information was given about the area. A lot of information was provided...even about places where we weren't able to sample. My daughter, who lives in NYC, now has some thoughts on places to go back and try!

What an i say! the location was fab, the food was amazing but the real joy was our tour guide! she had a lovely way with people, ensured everyone was looked after. she had excellent local knowledge and loved food! We wanted to do New York a bit differently and we certainly did. this was the high point of our trip for me! thanks a mil....

The tour is always great and there are always new places to visit along with several old favorites. Our guide (Sephra) was witty and fun and the day could not have been nicer. I always find new places to come back to later...yum!

This is the 3rd similar tour I've had the opportunity to experience this year. Loved the activity, including the neighborhood, chosen restaurants, and enjoying it with friends. The only negative this time was that our guide was rather grouchy...while this wouldn't keep me from doing one of these tours again, I did notice a distinct difference, and others did too.

The tour was very informative and interesting. The combination of food and history was great. Our guide, Barri, certainly loves what she does. She was energetic and helpful. This is 3 hours of not just eating, we learned some specific history of the area, as well as current goings on. There was so much information that we felt like we had been visiting there for days. We left with full bellies and excited to plan our next trip to the neighborhood of Greenwich Village.
