Delightfully Wonderful Experience!

| With Marie as our knowledgeable, enthusiastic and zany tour-guide, we enjoyed a leisurely yet lively walk around the West Village. Each of the "tastings" was delicious; the baby artichokes from 'Palma" were our favorite. Impressive that although restauranteurs were very busy preparing for the day's business, they took time to accommodate us. Shop owners were likewise very pleasant.
We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the various cultural tidbits that Marie shared with our group; everything was fascinating. This was our first trip to the Village and because of this experience, it will not be our last. Marie took very good care of everyone.
My husband and I were given this tour as a gift - our creative daughter-in-law previiously participated in this tour and she knew that we would be enchanted. And we were! Looking forward to our next tour! |

| Our group consisted of a current food-savvy New Yorker and two Angelenos (as in Los Angeles) who like to eat and learn. The tour satisfied us on both counts. Generous tastings, good variety, interesting information. Recommended! |

| Not really much more to say but that we absolutely loved the tour. Our tour guide (Saphra) was really nice and funny. She took time to answer our questions and gave interesting insights about the region and the foods we got to taste (which were incredibly good).
The tour was very well organised, with all the samplings ready within a few minutes of our arrival.
We definitely feel more at ease when walking around in Greenwich Village and actually went back to a restaurant that was recommended while walking around (Home Restaurant => great!).
So we are very enthousiastic about this tour and will recommend it to friends. We already have, in fact. |

| Cindy was a wonderful and informative guide to the local food establishments, Greenwich Village and New York in general. She was very engaging and knowledgeable. We learned a great deal and enjoyed the tasty offerings. It would be difficult to choose a favourite treat; all were very good.... the perfect pizza, the amazing artichoke crisps, the delicious chocolate and spice covered nuts etc. what's not to love! The one tasting that was not as special was the selection at the Chinese restaurant. With several vegans and vegetarians in the family, we eat such foods often. We found their bento offering to be on the bland side but perhaps that is our bias. We like things spicy! This tour was recommended by friends and we will be sure to pass the word on. It was a lot of fun! Thanks to all. |

| I did the Greenwich Village tour and despite being on my own at the beginning of the tour, I felt i'd made friends by the end!
Cindy was an excellent guide, she made the tour friendly and interactive, she created a great atmosphere and the whole group was chatting and friendly.
The history of the village was very interesting and the food superb.. I would recommend this tour to anyone.. just try and get Cindy for an extra special experience! |

| We are local but decided to take a day off and enjoy NYC. This tour was the perfect way to create a vacation day and still be home. We had lots to eat and never ate dinner that night. Cindy our tour guide was funny, charming and very well informed. She just made is a perfect vacation day. Thanks and you will see us again. |
