We had a nice time on this well-paced food tour. Not too much walking or standing, with alcohol available as well! I would have liked more factual information about the cheeses, olive oil, etc that we were tasting. The historical Information about the area was nice

This was a very fun part of our trip. I've been to NY a number of times, but this was a trip with my husband and so I wanted to have more planned during the day besides shopping. We were a little hesitant about doing this, but my sister had recommended it and she loved it. After arriving, it didn't take long before we were enjoying it. Our guide was great...humorous and very informative about the food and Greenwich Village. We learned a lot, ate great food and now have new places to eat when in NY.

Delicious food and interesting historical facts about The Village. Very enjoyable! We went back the next day to try more foods at some of the restaurants from the tour.

The tour of Greenwich Village was an informative, fun experience. We were lucky enough to be led by Kerri Anne, who was both extremely nice and knowledgeable. My entire group learned a lot about the neighborhood that we never knew before. The food was great too!

We really had a blast on our tour. Our tour guide Sephra was full of wit and verve. She didn't even make fun of us for being from Texas, which normally makes us an easy mark. Her knowledge of the area was great. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Greenwich Village neighborhood as well as the culinary factoids. We went back a couple of days later and spent the entire afternoon in the neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed Home Restaurant (we had dinner there a few nights later) and the cannoli from Rocco's. The neighborhood was very busy since our tour was on Christmas Eve, so we had to miss a few things, but we still had a swell time. I highly recommend this tour.

Favorite thing we've done in New York. The ambience of Greenwich Village is a unique experience that can't be replicated anywhere else in the world, unlike the broadway shows/concerts of NYC which can be and are. Next time we go to NYC, we'll try staying somewhere in the Village and spending most of our restaurant dollars and souvenir dollars here. The hotels around Time Square with massive amounts of people and trashiness and lewdness have become unappealing. On the Greenwich Village tour our favorite stop: Rocco's Pastry Shop, family owned, (No relation to us). Bought lots of cuccidates (fig cookies), cannolis, and wedding cookies. Patricia, Rocco Jr's sister, checked us out. I also was thrilled to find O & Co in Greenwich Village on the tour. I had been looking to get some more kitchen towels from them since the last ones I bought from them in Paris were 6 years old. Everything is great here. Every single stop on the tour was interesting. Our friends went on this tour last month when we could not go and they said it was good, too. I have to say it was great, though. The difference might be the tour guides. Our kids could not go because the grandchild needed a stroller, which is not possible on this tour. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the historical part of the tour, mistakenly thinking their "history" was going to be food related. :-) We are devoted travelers from the Lone Star State of Texas, Port Neches.

our Greenwich Village tour was lots of fun, and gave us lots of variety. The groups are just the right size, we can maneuver the streets and eateries and hear everything the guide says. Some of the history of the area made it more interesting, maybe a little long but I'm not sure how you could make it shorter. Some of the people in our group had done other tours before.

Our family was joined by several other travellers keen to experience some of the flavour of New York life, in around Greenwich Village in this particular case. Our guide Rahim did not disappoint. The 3 hours passéd too quickly, taking us through not only culinary but also also cultural high points of the area from the best piece of pizza any of us have ever tasted to wicked pastries all while being engaged and entertained by Rahim's enthusiasm and knowledge of this fascinating area. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our tour- the guide- the tastings- the places we visited. Our only complaint was the cold weather which had nothing to do with you. We look forward to scheduling another tour in warmer weather.
