| I'm not much of a foodie but this was definitely a worthwhile tour. Good facts and information coupled with a variety of classic NYC food and coupons for later! My boyfriend is also a big eater and he was just as stuffed as I was after we were done with the 8 tastings.
We made the mistake of doing the tour on our last day in NY so couldn't use the coupons or try out the restaurants that were recommended, so be sure to catch this on the early part of your trip. |

| I recently took the Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! It was a very hot and humid day in the city and our tour guide, Barri, was excellent. She kept us moving and motivated, with lots of stops on the shady sides of the various streets and a few stops in air conditioned restaurants.
The food was delicious and more than enough for lunch - I was stuffed by the end of the tour. The pizza was great, yummy cookie from Milk and Cookies and my favourite, the rice ball. Olive and Co. olive oils and balsamic vinegars were scrumptious.
Barri was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and provided lots of interesting facts and tidbits as we did our tour. It's certainly a great opportunity to see a side of the neighbourhood the average tourist wouldn't see.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. I can't wait for my next trip so I can do another tour!

| We had a group of ten ladies who took this tour and we were all in agreement that it was great. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and full of knowledge and shared great stories about the Village. The portions we were given in all of the tastings were generous and delicious. Our tour was at 11:00 a.m. and we had so much food on the tour that lunch wasn't necessary. It was a perfect way to spend a morning. The only drawback was that we did not have enough time during to tour to make purchases in some of the shops we visited. |

| a friend of mine that had taken the tour before recomended this tour and my friend and I had a wonderful time. All the places where we ate were wonderful and we did some business with some after the tour. Our guide was great even though we had a "joke-ster" in our group that drove us all crazy towards the end. I would tell everyone to take this tour and will probably bring some friends back to do it all again. Thanks so much. |

| We are from New York and went on the tour as a gift! We had a great time, ate a ton and discovered several places we now want to try.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. |

| My friends and I had a fantastic time. We found out later that Dave, our guide, had just started, we never knew- he was great and gave us excellent information. The food was great, just enough to keep you satisfied. We went back after to purchase some of the items we tasted. Can't wait to do it again, hoping to do the Chelsea Market tour next year. |

| I knew within the first 5minutes we were in for a great tour, our guide Kurt was very enthusiastic, funny and had a true passion for food and the surrounding area!!
This tour would suit almost anyone who loves food and is interested in 'the real deal' when it comes to good produce. All the food venues we visited offered fantastic samples of what they offer from pastries to cheese! Well worth the money!! |
