Original Greenwich Village Food and Culture Tour

Both my daughter and I were delighted with the tour, and especially enjoyed our guide, Sephra. She made the group feel extremely comfortable and had a great sense of humor, which made the tour that much more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the effort to include foods which were gluten-free and delicious. The foods we tasted were excellent----I enjoyed them so much that my husband and I returned to Bleeker Street that evening for a remarkable dinner. The "history lessons" included with the tour were both interesting and informative. We would definitely recommend this tour!!!

Our guide, Sephra (sp?) was wonderful, funny, and knowledgable. It was a great tour!

I wish we covered more ground it seemed like we only went a few blocks. The food was good and varied. This is a long time period to give up on a vacation for such a small area covered.

Everyone in our group would highly recommend attending this food tour again. We loved our tour guide, Maria. Every place we visited was wonderful and the owners we so inviting. Looking forward to repeating this part of our vacation in a few years.

The guide made it great fun! He had a lot of engery and his knowledge was great. We really didn't find much food to enjoy in New York until we got to the food tour.

My group of 3 thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Kurt was informative, animated, funny, comical, hilarious, humorous, knowledgeable, entertaining and my idea of the perfect guide. He had a huge wealth of information and a personality that allowed him to keep our attention for the "3 hour tour". Don't fret, because unlike Gilligan we did return! We were given a bottle of water at the beginning of the tour which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this tour as well as any other that Kurt was leading.

Sephra our tour guide was very knowleddgeable about the neighbourhood, restaurants and the locals. Very interesting fun tour-great food and lots of it. Good variety. Would definitely recomend and will partake of more Gourmet walking tours on our next visit

We had a wonderful guide Sephra aka "Grande". Her culinary background was an extra added bonus. She had a great sense of humour and involved the whole group at all times. The food and the history behind it were both good. Sephra was very knowledgeable about the Village as well. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC. We will definitely do another tour when we make a return trip.

This tour was recommended by friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, it was worth every penny. Barri our guide was full of knowledge and had a great appreciation for her local surroundings. The tasting samples we received were fantastic, loved the pizza and the cookies the best. We would highly recommend the tour to all ages as there is something there for all. Can't wait to go again on our next trip to NYC.

Tour guide was knowledgeable, presenting information in manageable chunks. Variety of food and amount of tastings excellent. Enjoyed learning about the history of Greenwich Village. Will likely be taking other tours offered by Zerve.
