| The tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgable about what's going on in the area now and in it's history. All the venders that provided the samples were very friendly as were the establishments we stopped at that didn't provide samples but opened their doors to us so we could see something of historical value. I come to NYC often but I've never explored the neighborhood we toured. I wouldn't be afraid to do it on my own now having taken the tour. |

| My wife & I signed up for this tour after reading about it (and others) in the New York Times. We both thought it was everything advertised. We have already recommended it to our friends and family who plan future trips to New York. |

| Our leader michael proved knolegeable , able with a great sense of humor. This is the second time this year I was on the Grenich Village tour with him. |

| We had a fabulous time. Our tour guide, Marie, was most enjoyable and had previously lived in the area we toured. Everything was very well organized, all shops and restaurants were ready for the tour when we arrived allowing us to move quickly so we could cover a lot of territory. We felt very familiar with the area around Bleecker St. by the time the tour ended and we look forward to returning and trying some of the recommended restaurants. We also plan to take a cooler the next time so we can buy some of the cheeses, meats and pastries to bring home.
We are still talking about what a great day it was in the Village. Thank you for planning such an interesting and enjoyable tour. |

| We really enjoyed this tour - our guide was fantastic (I wish I could remember his name) and a great NY character. Of course, it helps if you have a passion for food. You won't need lunch, but you will need some good walking shoes and some sunscreen. |

| Enjoyed the tour and the historical items mentioned on the trip. Tour guide was enthusiastic. Felt a little rushed at some points--guide kept mentioning we had to move on as the next tour was right behind us. |

| My 14 year old granddaughter was with me. We both enjoyed the food offered. The tour was very interesting and our guide was delightful. He presented the points of interest in and enjoyable way. I am a native New Yorker and I was glad to see and get to know a part of the city I had never been in before.
All the food offered was of excellent quality. I did think that, if possible, it could have been offered more in the way of a "meal" - appetizer, entree, dessert. I realize that may not be possible when offered during a walking tour.
I would definitely do something like this again and have already recommended the tour to friends. |

| A 3 hour easy walking tour of local businesses that give you a real feeling for the original immigrants of back when. Interesting background information at every stop- quickly spoken. Great sampling of foods- to tell you where you will stop would ruin the surprises along the way! |

| Everything about this tour was great, especially the leader, Sephrah (sp?). Being relatively local I now know places to go for anything and everything food. The tastings were delicious and plentiful and the info. was a great addtion! The places we visited gave a true authentic view of NY. DOn't miss it! |
