Excellent tour led by Maria. My Mum and I had a great time tasting all the different foods on the tour as well as seeing Greenwich Village on the way. Will be recommending this tour to all my friends back in the UK. |

I enjoy food tours, the mix of history, culture, seeing less obvious places to visit and a chance to meet interesting people, I would probably give the tour 4 stars before I get to any food at all, here it was great, enough included to mean we missed dinner that night (snack instead) and could probably have missed breakfast before, there must be 2000 calories on this tour!
The walking is limited and there were plenty of stops to sit down, including a great cocktail bar, drinks not included of course. The organisation is very slick and it is generally very well organised, I left with a real feel for what the village neighbourhood is about. Our guide Maria, was very vivacious and knowledgeable an ideal host for this sort of thing.
Just so you know I am not paid to write this simpering review, I would look at two things, we tasted olive oil, I would have preferred to taste just oil rather than a flavoured oil which masked the olive oil flavour (I may well be in a minority on this since 14 of the 16 on the tour promptly went back to the shop to buy some), and the group could be encouraged to talk to others more, but that is partly a product of a different style of tour which I have been on where food was purchased and shared which means having to talk to people.
Oh yes the food, great selection of restaurants and takeaway shops and stores, you have to like cheese, but who doesn't? Helpful leaflet for afterwards with discounts and recommendations. |

My husband and I truly enjoyed our day with Marie. She was so engaging and knowledgeable. We felt like we learned so much and had fun doing so. Greenwich Village has a whole new meaning for us now! The food stops were great and the time passed so quickly. When we return to NYC, we will definitely look to do another tour with you. |

We really enjoyed the food tour around Greenwich Village. Tasting and seeing lots of local foodie places. Bert the tour guide was excellent - about the food, some local history and quirky tales of Greenwich Village. All the food venues were extremely enjoyable, a really good way to explore Greenwich Village. |

We were recommended to this tour from someone who had taken it. We were toured through Greenwich Village by Sephrah. On a scale of 1 - 10, she was an 11. She was fun, funny, witty and delightful by the minute! We loved EVERY stop and taste on the tour... and a wide variety of foods it was. This was my absolute memorable tour we took and was the most unique and fun thing we did. Thanks, Sephrah. You are fantastic! This food tour is an absolute must to anyone who visits New York or LIVES there. Nancy and Stewart |

My husband and I recently went on the Greenwich Village food tour. To say we had an amazing time would be an understatement. Our tour guide was so funny and knowledgeable. We laughed so much and learned more than we thought we could have. It would be a great way to begin a trip to NY to learn places and areas that you should eat at and visit more. I would recommend this to everyone! |
