Visited NYC for a broadway show on Friday and took this tour on Sat. It was one of the highlights of my weekend. Loved our guide, food samples and group. Will definately go back to some of the restaurants I saw on the tour. The landscape/historical part of the tour (in my opinion) was enchanting. It didn't even seem as though I was in NYC at times.

My husband and I enjoyed the walking food tour in Greenwich Village. Even though it was very very hot outside we still had a great tour and was surprised to even learn a lot about Greenwich Village other than just great food spots. Our tour guide was great and full of energy and very accomodating. To me there was more than enough food to eat. I was definitely full! The brochure they give you is very handy to have for future trips and the discounts and coupons are an added bonus for when we come back. The only downside wasn't really the fault of the company that put the tour on but we used our navigational system to find the meeting point location and when we did there were 2 locations with the same street address in New York but with different zip codes. Not knowing the zip codes unfortunately we chose the wrong one because we couldn't find the correct zip code on our confirmation/ticket anywhere. Luckily we had given ourselves plenty of time because we had to drive another 20 minutes once we realized we weren't at the right location. I guess we should have done a little more research ahead of time. All in all, this is a great tour and I will definitely check out the one for Chinatown when it comes into play!

Disappointed in the food, pizza twice and bread a few times; did not care for standing outside to sample the food either. Not what was expected.

I love New York (!) which makes it difficult to make this statement: The Greenwich Village food tour was the highlight of my trip. The wonderful tastes were part of it, but the area's history to which we were made privy by our guide was fascinating! I will return to the area and plan to dine at as many of the featured restaurants as possible!

Great food and interesting history of Greenwich. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would be interested in some day taking the one through Chinatown. After the tour we revisited several of the businesses featured to purchase items.

I was guy from NJ on the Greenwich Village tour on Friday's 12:30 tour. It was amazing!!! All of the different foods were fabulous and the history our tour guide gave us was quite interesting. I will def. return to the village to explore it more on my own in the future. It is awesome to discover such a quiet place in the big city. All of the locals were so nice. I recommend that anyone who travels to NYC takes this tour. You won't regret it.

| My daughter and I, real foodies, recently took the tour and we enjoyed it very much.
We had an excellent guide named Barry. Apart from being friendly and clear in her explanations, she also had a sense of humor. She provided us with lots of interesting historic and culinary information.
During the several stops, we were also able to sample some of the delicious specialties from the neighbourhood varying from cheese to pizza and Thai foods.
Eventhough I am familiar with Greenwhich and Soho, taking this tour has given me a different insight both on it's history and it's culinary delights. The buildings, streets, ambience, good restaurants and small shops also remind me of Europe.
It has been a lovely experience and I would certainly recommend it to others. A note: don't forget to wear comfortable shoes!

Good value. Lasted for 3 and 1/2 hours. Gave us lots of local knowledge about places to eat and provided lots of information about Greenwich Village history. The food was amazing and there was lots of chances for sampling.
