This was the second time I took the tour with my wife (third time for her), and we brought our son and his friend, and it was a wonderful experience. I thought our last tour guide was terrific, but Cindy simply blew us away.
What amazed me most was, here we were, in the greatest, most eclectic city in the world, and in the span of three hours, at least half a dozen people on the street came up to Cindy to say hello, as if we were in a small town.
While I am a lifelong New Yorker, I felt like a tourist compared to Cindy's knowledge, as I learned things I never knew before.
We will highly recommend this tour to friends, and would hope to get Cindy once again the next time we take it ourselves. |

We all felt that this was one of the highlights of our trip to New York. The guide was friendly and very knowledgable. The food was great tasting and unique. We were pleasantly surprised that the tour provided us with so much interesting information about the history and architecture of the area. We would highly recommend it to anyone. We went back to the area to have dinner in one of the recommended restaurants and were not disappointed. |

Our host, Mike was excellent and i think he really made the tour as good as it was. It was clear that he was passionate about the Village and had a real 'insiders' perspective. It's characters like Mike that really make this tour.
I have already recommended it to people and we followed up on some of his excellent restaurant tips. |

Nice mix of sights, food, and history. I've been to the Village many times, but it was a whole new experience with our guide--very much appreciated the insider's perspective. |
